Our goal is to deliver a quality shave with each cartridge, so we're truly sorry to hear about your shaving experience. With our safety checks, this isn't what we expect, so please discontinue using the cartridges. If you don't use it already, we recommend using a pre-shave while you shave and warm water. This'll soften the skin and help your razor glide over it especially when you wet the razor first and use light and gentle strokes. We'd like to make a detailed report to our Safety Team and help.
