After purchasing a starter kit with Cashmere Woods, I fell in LOVE with the concept of motion sensor and especially the scent. I went out and purchased 4 small units for my house, and one large spray can unit. Two of the four small units failed within a couple of days. They worked at first, but then they would not spray at all, or they would barely spray leaving oil residue inside the unit. I went out and purchased two more units to replace those because I loved the fragrance and concept, but again...they worked at first, then would not spray. I took the can out and cleaned up the oil that was sprayed inside the unit. I put the can back in and it worked...for about 2 days. Then they would not work. It is unfortunate, because the concept is great...but the product is not. Too bad. Keep trying.

I have 4 Glade scent diffusers throughout my house. I have had them for several years! The Hawaiian Breeze scent was difficult to find in stock at local stores so I bought several but now my stock is gone. I have looked everywhere for refills, the stores are not carrying the diffusers or the refills anymore. Have they been discontinued? I just contacted Glade "contact us" through this site. I am hoping they can tell me how I can get more Hawaiian Breeze refills. It doesn't make any sense to have 4 diffusers without refill cartridges. :(

I bought my sphere about 2 months ago because my neighbor has one and her house smells great. She has had hers a while with no problems. As of recently we didn't have any problems, but now when it goes to spray it makes the noise like it's trying to push down the nozzle but it fails. I have a brand new refill in it, but my air fresher just went kaput. Aside from it randomly breaking, I thoroughly enjoyed it.

I fell in love with Cashmere Woods when it was first released for sale and have been in love with it ever since. I have the plugins and the sense & spray in my bedroom so the fragrance fills the room continuously which makes my room my own peace of heaven on earth!

i brought this a month ago and was pleased with the unit. until it stopped working. the gas is still full and the batteries still have power but im assuming the sensor has broken, and the boost button also fails to work. the unit has been sitting on a shelf with no other dammage. this would be a great unit uf it worked for longer than a month.

I have three of these sensor room fresheners, and I love them. I need to order a case of refills, and I'd like a set of sample fragrances (a retail option I'd like to see Glade consider for its fans). I love the automatic feature, and while the refill is small and lasts a fairly long time, I failed to buy an extra set of refills. I suggest Glade include on its device package a reminder to buy refills. Meanwhile, where is the best source of these refills, and is there an option to purchase the entire line of fragrances. Finally, would it be possible for a customer to create one's favorite scent through a canister enabling filling? Another idea.

I love these scents. I also love the dispenser it works automatically. It sprays for 8 hours, then turns off until the next day,. The 8 hour time period is determined by when you start the unit. I started mine at 10 am so it sprays at the intervals I set until 6 pm

I just bought my unit for the first time, being skeptical about it even working at all. Oh, yes, it does! I live in a small apartment and usually use candles for aroma, but these are not always effective. I wanted/needed something to make my apartment smell good ALL the time and now I found it! The Clean Linen is just that. Clean aroma! I woke up the first morning after my purchase to a wonderful smelling living room! Now I plan on getting another for my bedroom! I've read the reviews about it not lasting more than a month. I sincerely hope this isn't the case, but the one I bought was so inexpensive, I would just buy another. Cheaper than buying new batteries! I love the design I purchased. I got the round brown one that looks like a small sculpture and blends in in a very subtle way. Very glad I got the Sense and Spray. Don't know why I waited so long! Thanks, Glade!

I absolutely love your Hawaiian Breeze scent. I love it so much that it's a regular buy here in my Aussie household. The scent is amazing and I have been completed numerous times about the lovely scent in my house. I have recommended it to all of my friends and visitors. The twin pack refills are great value and I will be buying them as long as they are being sold! Thank you Glade!

I purchased 2 of these units. I have changed the canister with no problem. The problem started when I changed the batteries. I use a top selling brand of alkaline batteries and neither unit will stop spraying! Every 5 seconds, until I removed one of the batteries. Now if I want to use either one, I have to put the battery back in, let it spray once or twice, then pull out a battery. Nice smelling scent, but not a good mechanical product.
