[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stevia In The Raw derives virtually all its sweetness from Stevia Leaf Extract, compared to some of the other stevia-based products that contain added flavors. Stevia In The Raw never uses artificial or added flavors which is another plus. It also has zero calories so that’s another plus!

For a diabetic it is the only thing to use. Most of the other sweeteners are cancer causing . For baking I only use 2 packets for an apple pie . Some of the BEST restaurants have this sweetener ; otherwise , carry your own with you. Look up all the ingredients on the others. STEVIA IS THE BEST.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When it comes to sugar substitute the in the raw brands are quality. We like to use the Stevia in the Raw in our coffee/tea. It dissolves well and has a nice flavor without a strong aftertaste that many sweeteners have. I would say they run on the expensive side compared to other sugar substitutes.

My husband has been using it in his coffee, he says it’s not as sweet as real sugar and also leaves a bitter aftertaste. For low calorie, it’s not bad, but it’s probably not something we would purchase in the future.

It tastes very similar to Splenda with 0 calories, and it is diabetic safe! I love that I can sweeten up my coffee or baked goods without any of the guilt or calories of sugar.
