[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a raw natural sugar made from sugarcane. It has 20 calories five carbs and 5 g of sugar. I enjoyed this in my coffee. I will say that because it is crystallized, it did take a while to fully dissolve even in hot coffee. So I cannot imagine how long it would take in a cool drink such as iced tea. The Taste is pretty good. You do need several packets to get that sugary taste you are looking for. Well for me at least I like my coffee to be sweet. What I loved was it does not have that fake artificial taste like sweet and low and other artificial sugars have

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s better for you but doesn’t compare to the taste of white sugar. It takes more of this to make something sweet and it doesn’t dissolve well. But overall it’s a good sugar to replace white sugar.
