They are not bleached so it has that beautiful brown color! If you haven’t tried this do it!! You will never want to go back to bleached sugar for sure

It comes with 25 single-serve packets. You can use the sugar in place of ordinary, refined sugar for a more authentic rich flavor. Because the sugarcane is natural, the crystals may cluster and color may vary. …So don’t be Surprised if the sugar is more of a brown color. You can use it to sweeten anything that your heart desires… It has such a wonderful sweetness to it and it’s not too overpowering. It’s non-GMO and vegan and naturally gluten-free. Usually I use the artificial sugar due to some health issues. I am unable to use this sugar a ton but I think it will be wonderful to keep in the car, in the desk, or even in my purse for easy use on the go.

The individual packets make it convenient for taking my beverage on the go or keeping some on hand in case I forget to grab some when ordering drinks while I'm out and about. I also feel like other sugars have an almost processed taste to them that I don't encounter with SITR.

My family and I love all things sugar so this is way way better for us. The packets are pre measured, but less than a teaspoon, it works out great for our household. If I bought the loose raw sugar I would probably use lots more.

It took some time to get used to the browner crystals vs the more refined zero calorie sweetener but i see myself incorporating this more in my drinks to come!
