[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This raw sugar by Sugar In The Raw tastes great! I melts down beautifully in warm drinks and dissolves very well in baking or cooking. It is perfect for the topping of an apple crumble, I love that it gives it a little more texture. It’s also very cute to use as a “natural” sprinkle or garnish.

But it took me some time to get used to the taste at first, but I've been using it in my coffee for a few days now. I love the flavor as well. Would recommend trying it.

Just keep a couple of these in my purse every day. Also buy this in box form as I use it quite often in baking on top of muffins and breads.

Having sugar multiple times a day in coffee I could tell the difference. You can taste that there's more molasses left in cane sugar. It improved the flavor of my coffee dramatically. Almost as if it were sweeter and a professional made it for me. Which means less sugar in my coffee. Yay! For the price it seems like my coffee is about to have a new best friend. I can only imagine how it'll make a cake taste or cookies using this instead. Oven, here I come, once I buy more.

However, I do find that because the sugar crystals are so large that it can be harder to mix in sometimes, especially with iced coffee. I suggest a tablespoon of hot water to mix the sugar into and then pouring that mixture into your drink

I’ve been using it on pork on the grill and it doesn’t burn as easily as regular sugar. I also like that it’s individual packs, it’s easier to travel with and not waste.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switched to this to use in my coffee because the granulated sugar was hurting my sensitive teeth. This for some reason doesn’t bother my teeth. It doesn’t have that nasty artificial sweetener taste which I can’t stand. Definitely recommend as a substitute for granulated sugar.

I personally don’t use sugar packets at home but these are seemingly more healthy than the regular sugar that I normally use. It is also convenient, except I’d probably have to use several packets in one go. I have been using it for my coffee and it tastes great.

I like that it is brown sugar, since that is typically what I buy. I took away one star because the granules don’t dissolve with anything cold. So you have to use this product only with hot liquids, unless you want your final sip to be nothing but sugar.
