I loved that this is not bleached , such a wonderful sweet flavor, consistency and mixes well with coffee. I personally think the less food is processed, the better. It's made from Non-GMO sugar cane and is naturally sweet. I recommend Sugar in the Raw and plan to make the switch to it from now on.

I don’t drink coffee much but I use it for my matcha lattes as well. You literally can not go wrong with this sugar! It’s just so much better than regular white sugar cane!
