Love In the Raw, as it doesn't quickly dissolve and I get tiny sugar crystals with some sips which I enjoy. I don't find it artificial tasting either like some sugars. I love also adding some to fruit for added texture. I haven't baked with this yet, but will continue to purchase as my sweetener of choice.

My husband is a diabetic so sugar is a big problem for him but using this in his tea and his coffee saves him from raising his sugar levels. I think this product is perfect for anybody who has a diabetic in the house.

As child like and weird as it may be, I like to sip up the chunks of sugar and eat them when I get a sip of them in my tea. It’s always the type of sugar I reach for when sweetening my iced tea!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought these sugar packets to work and added them to our coffee bar. I tried a packet with a cup of breakfast blend and a splash of creamer. It was a perfect amount of sweetness. It had a richer taste than a packet of white sugar.

However, the granules of this sugar were very large, and have a hard time dissolving even in very hot liquids. If the granules were a bit smaller I would consider giving this four or five stars. I do like that it is non-GMO and the only ingredient is sugar!
