I’ve used Sugar in the Raw before and always go for it when it’s an option. Although it’s still sugar, it’s better for you than white sugar and I find it tastier too. I haven’t tried it for baking yet but it can be used whenever you’d use sugar. The taste isn’t as “in your face” as sugar is but it definitely isn’t any less sweet. Absolutely, a favorite of mine.

The sugar crystals dissolved really well into my morning coffee and there were no traces of it at the bottom when I had finished. It was definitely a sweet treat that I didn’t feel guilty about. I am in love with this product and I can not wait to put this natural sugar in the raw to the test this baking season.
