I tried it in my morning coffee and was quite impressed. It did take alittle longer to dissolve, compared to my origional sugar choices, however it tastes amazing and has become my new morning coffee go to sugar choice.

It doesn’t leave my drink tasting funky or a different color like the other sugar alternatives do. I’m definitely going to try this agave out with baking and see what happens.

I personally think the less food is processed, the better. It's made from Non-GMO sugar cane and is naturally sweet. I recommend Sugar in the Raw and plan to make the switch to it from now on.

It has a bit of a caramel- like aftertaste, so not the best for all things that need to be sweetened. Great for desserts!

You can see in the photo the size and texture, kind of like little pebbles. It dissolves well in my coffee and doesn't take a lot to reach desired sweetness.

Almost like a rock candy. I really liked it, the only downside was I was hoping to use it in my iced coffees, but the crystals are large and it was hard to get them to dissolve in cold drinks. But I’d definitely try it again!

Because it's got a raw flavor, it brings a better sweet flavor than regular sugar alone- almost a maple-y flavor! You gotta make sure the sugar melts all the way, but generally most coffee or tea is warm enough for it to not be an issue! 1-2 packets was perfect for me, and how perfect for travel as well!

I initially tried it in my tea. It definitely looks a lot different than everyday granulated sugar. The crystals take a bit more time to fully melt but it was great. Slightly less sweet than normal sugar, but a very smooth sweet taste. I am always looking for non GMO alternatives and this fits the bill.

That being said after a while you can reintroduce sweeteners for coffee, tea etc. This was gentle on the tummy and required only a tiny bit to flavor my coffee. It didn’t irritate me and that’s all I was worried about so thumbs up!

I use it for my morning coffee or to lightly sweeten my teas. I have also used it to make brown sugar shaken espressos. It definitely is a staple around our house & now thanks to Influenster I will have packs to take on the go when I travel for work.
