I did some quick google searches and it seems that the health benefits of this product over regular sugar are negligible (don’t just take my word for this, please research this yourself and form your own conclusion). I prefer the milder taste of monk fruit sugar, so I don’t think I’ll be switching any time soon. Still a good alternative and convenience of the packet is a plus

I don't think it's great in baking because I feel like the thickness of the sugar won't distribute evenly. I have to add more to get the sweetness that I desire but overall I think this raw sugar is pretty tasty and I would continue to use it.

I like he convenience if the little packets, and I also like that each packet doesn’t contain a large amount because I prefer lightly sweetened beverages while others in the house like more. I don’t waste any by using a single packet for my coffee and tea, and everyone else can grab several packets to get just the right amount for their beverages. No dipping wet spoons into the sugar bowl!

Having sugar multiple times a day in coffee I could tell the difference. You can taste that there's more molasses left in cane sugar. It improved the flavor of my coffee dramatically. Almost as if it were sweeter and a professional made it for me. Which means less sugar in my coffee. Yay! For the price it seems like my coffee is about to have a new best friend. I can only imagine how it'll make a cake taste or cookies using this instead. Oven, here I come, once I buy more.

I also used them for cooking and they are awesome to cover baked goods in. Since it’s a chunky sugar it makes baked goods have a crunchy bite.
