[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love using Sugar In The Raw to sweeten my tea and coffee. It's a milder sweet, not as potent as traditional sugar. This year I've also made cranberry sauce with it. Note- if you plan to bake with it, be sure to adjust the recipe. You will likely need to use a different quantity than traditional sugar.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked this product. I normally use Splenda in my coffee and this was a nice alternative that’s a natural product. It reminded me of getting a coffee out where they use the larger sugar in the ice coffees. With that said, it still dissolved well and fairly quickly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sugar in the raw has a golden color, a caramel-like flavor and is nice and coarse in texture. I mainly use this in my coffee but have also used to top off baked goods. It does not dissolve quickly or easily even in hot liquids so be prepared to do a bit more stirring versus processed white sugar. The mild flavor and the beautiful color make it easy to recommend.

So I've been missing a certain sweetness to my night time teas and this is a FANTASTIC honey replacement and doesn't spike my GI (which is great given in trending to gestational diabetes 🙄). No weird after taste and melts smoothly so nothing is weirdly textured in my tea. Highly reccomend!

I don’t drink coffee much but I use it for my matcha lattes as well. You literally can not go wrong with this sugar! It’s just so much better than regular white sugar cane!
