Hello DivaLee, thank you for sharing this feedback on our Breastmilk Storage Bags. We're sorry to hear about your experience with them. The leaking you describe is something we take seriously and not the performance we expect. For the best experience, we recommend filling the bags with six ounces or less, removing the excess air before sealing, laying flat to freeze on a paper towel to protect from freezer surfaces. When thawing, place in a clean container to thaw at room temperature or in the refrigerator. Warm water may also be used to thaw more quickly. That said, we would like to learn more.
