Hello Destiny, thanks for asking! Lansinoh's Breastmilk Storage Bags can be used to store fresh breast milk in the refrigerator or the freezer. If you do not plan on using the pumped milk within 4 days, please store the milk in the freezer. For the best performance, we recommend filling each bag with 6 ounces or less, removing the excess air before sealing, and laying flat to freeze on a paper towel.
