At first this bags were great, I was just pouring the milk in and freezing them because I had an abundance of milk toward the beginning. Now that my freezer stash has gone dry I’m pumping much more to keep up with my baby and I decided to start pumping directly into the bag to make it easier. The second time I pumped into the bags one of the bags fell off, spilling half the milk into my carpet. I know it was on securely, I gave it several firm tugs and it didn’t budge but then it has 4oz in there and can’t support the weight anymore. After I’m done pumping I’m taking everything to the kitchen and I drop a bag, it falls two feet to the CARPET -and every single corner starts leaking. I have no wasted more milk in this one online session than ever before

I received these bags from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. These breastmilk bags have always been my top choice. I have tried others and the most common problem is that the seams leak when thawing the milk from the freezer. Lansinoh bags are consistently reliable so that the time I dedicate to pumping doesnt turn out to be wasted. They are easy to measure, label, and freeze flat. They are also easy to pour from. I did try to pump directly into the bag using the adapter and it did work but I was not confident in how secure they were and preferred to use my pump bottles.

These bags are terrible. They're incredibly thin, leak when thawing, and the pour spout has a hole in it that is supposed to help with pouring, but honestly just ends up all over your counter. I've gone through at least 300 of them, and haven't had a single one do it's job.

I may have found my new favorite breastmilk bags! These bags are great. The material is nice and thick and sort of has a silky feel to it. They have a slightly larger capacity than other bags I’ve used (6 oz.) They’re easy to open and close and they have a true double zipper (see pic) so that there are no leaks. You can lay them flat for freezing and not worry about leaking before they’re frozen. This saves so much space. There are 10 bags in the pic next to an approximately 5.5 inch tall bottle (for size reference.) Unfortunately I didn’t get to try pumping directly into the bag as I don’t have a compatible pump, but I love that they include an attachment that fits most pumps out there. If I had a criticism, it would be to have a compatible attachment option for all mainstream breast pumps. I received these bags from the Stellar Product Testing Panel, but plan to buy them myself in the future! 10/10 would recommend.

I thought I liked these bags at first because they were really easy to pour the milk into them. Once I froze them and would thaw the milk out they leaked and all my milk was wasted. It was super frustrating as I put in a lot of hard work to get my supply up. To see all that milk wasted was disappointing. I never filled the bags more than 6 oz and would try to lay them flat as possible and still had problems with leaking. It’s happened now with 4 of the bags that I’ve used. Will not purchase again!

After trying some other milk storage bags, I really feel like these are the best. They are easy to open and close. I've had issues completely closing other bags, then trying to lay them flat in the freezer only to end up with a leaky mess. These bags seem to be airtight. Also easy to pour from once defrosted. The only issue I have is that the measurements don't always add up. Not sure if this is because my pump bottles have inaccurate measurements, or it is the bags. But another benefit of these bags is they are easy to label. I can use various types of pens without it bleeding or rubbing off. I've laid these flat to freeze and seems to work fine. Also sit fairly well in the fridge when filled. Also the pump attachment is a neat feature to eliminate mess. Thanks to Stellar Product Testing Panel, I was able to try out these breastmilk storage bags and pump attachment, and I wish I would have known about them sooner! The bags are great, freeze flat, pour easily, thick plastic - but the game changer is the little adaptor piece that attaches to your pump so you can skip washing a bottle!!!! This probably cuts down a third of the bottles we have to wash everyday, how did I not know about these sooner!!! The only flaw I see is that I will probably go through more bags because I'm not pumping a full 6oz each time, vs filling the bags full with prepumped milk - but that's a small flaw considering the time I save washing pump bottles!

Ive been lucky enough to nurse my youngest for a whole year, but worried about returning to work and building a supply to allow her to continue on breast milk. I was able to try these Lansinoh storage bags as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and love them! These bags are well made and sturdy, with a large area to write on in order to keep track of date/amount/etc. I havent tried pumping directly into the bags, but they are very easy to transfer milk into, and store flat. I havent had any trouble with leakage during defrosting the way I did with other brands Ive used in the past either, which is a huge bonus! Overall, these are great bags with fantastic durability for the cost, and Id highly recommend them!

These Lansinoh Breastmilk storage bags were easy to use. They came with adaptors that attach easily to the pump allowing you to pump breastmilk directly into the bag. However, to my surprise, my pump (Lansinoh Smartpump 2.0) worked even easier! The pump fits snuggly into the bag and the adaptor is not needed. I provided a picture to show you what I mean. This was a game changer for me. It decreased my time spent pumping by taking away the extra step of pouring breastmilk into the storage bag (which leads to less spilled milk—whoohoo!), and I now don’t have to deal with cleaning the bottles that were previously used for pumping into. It’s a win, win! After pumping, I can easily slip off the bags from the pump, seal them, label them clearly in the provided spaces on the bag, and store them neatly in the freezer. They stand up easily and I prefer to place them upright for storage. Thank you Stellar Product Testing Panel for sending me these bags to test. I will be purchasing these only from now on!
