I received a box of the Lansinoh Breastmilk Storage Bags from the Stellar Parent Panel. I was very pleased with these bags- their ease of use, durability, and storage. Even just to the touch I could tell that these bags were durable and sturdy- they would not break or tear easily. The perforated portion at the top came off easily when I was ready to use them but I loved that it was there to prevent any opening that may invoke contamination before I used them. I was pleasantly surprised that they just fit onto the pump without any additional attachments. They fit snugly and easily onto the pump to collect the milk directly from the pump. The bags had ample room for information about the contents (a date, volume, name, and time) which allowed me to organize and store breast milk easily. The bags held 6 oz/ 180 mL so there is plenty of storage, but I can easily fill less than that and still have a tight seal for storage. I had no doubts that, when I laid these bags flat to freeze, that it would leak. The ziploc top sealed tightly and nothing came out when the bag was laid down. I have no complaints about these bags and I am very glad to have them to securely store my pumped milk. (As an side, I have even grabbed these bags to put a small snack in for my kids. Ha!)

I have tried others and the most common problem is that the seams leak when thawing the milk from the freezer. Lansinoh bags are consistently reliable so that the time I dedicate to pumping doesnt turn out to be wasted. They are easy to measure, label, and freeze flat. They are also easy to pour from. I did try to pump directly into the bag using the adapter and it did work but I was not confident in how secure they were and preferred to use my pump bottles.

I can easily open, close them and transfer milk into a bottle. I put them flat in the fridge and they don't take a lot of space. I like that the bags are BPA free, I can easily write the date on them, they don't leak and tightly close. It's also nice that I can pump directly into the bags to save time.

Ive used Lansinoh Breastmilk Storage Bags since my first baby. That was 3 years ago. I have my second child who is 9 months and I purchased boxes of these storage bags. They are reliable, affordable and easy to use (especially the pour spout feature). Ive never had one tear in the bag after freezing breastmilk in it. Who wants to see wasted milk? Not me. I love that I can lay the bags flat in the freezer and they freeze compactly. These storage bags have a double zipper to prevent leakage and you can easily write on the bag label. I tried the pump adapter that allowed me to pump directly into the breastmilk storage bags and it is so convenient! I wish I bought it with my first child. Lesson learned. That is currently on my top shopping list for baby registry gifts. I definitely recommend these storage bags if you are a pumping mom for the easiest convenience. These bags leak so bad when defrosting milk at least 50% of the bags I defrosted leaked and I had to use the milk for baths instead of feeding it to my baby. This was extremely frustrating and can make someone with a low supply want to stop bf completely.

I received these as part of the stellar product testing panel. I have used these bags everyday! They’re an absolute necessity if you are pumping and storing milk. The white panel allows for easy labelling. The double seal provides an extra layer of security against leaking. The small notches allow for easy pouring back into a bottle for feeding. The bags can stand up when you are filling them but store flat very well to save space.

I received these storage bags as a part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. That being said, I really like these bags. They store really easily, both upright and laying down. I’ve yet to have them leak and the adapter that came with fits my fairly standard breast pump. I take a bag to and from work and these have yet to leak on me.

These storage bags from Lansinoh have an excellent seal (the most important thing!) and I've been very happy with them overall. The tear-off top means the bag stays clean until you're ready to use it. It did take me a minute to figure out how to separate the opening (it's like a produce bag at the grocery that you have to smush apart), but once I got used to it, it was easy. The bags are easy to fill, lay flat to freeze, and it was a smooth process to pour thawed milk into a bottle. I do like the large area for writing on the top. I tried pumping directly into the bags: the bags fit well over my Lansinoh pump (though I had to google how to do that--instructions with the bags would be nice) but I can't tell how much I've pumped. (It's not easy to use the markings on the side of the bag to accurately measure.) If I don't have clean bottles ready to go, then pumping directly into the bag is a great backup option.
