I received these breastmilk storage bags as a part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. My favorite feature was how these bags froze flat and were easy to heat and pour into bottles. The bags seemed to hold 6 ounces of milk with no problem, and were easy to seal and open. They were also thin enough to store a lot in my pumping bag. However, I dropped one on the way to the freezer and the thin material busted, leaking milk all over the floor. I was excited to try the adaptors that were supposed to allow me to pump directly into the bags, but I was not able to figure out how to connect them to my pump. Maybe they work with a different model, but they did not seem to be made for my Lansinoh Double Electric Smart Pump 2.0.

I thought I liked these bags at first because they were really easy to pour the milk into them. Once I froze them and would thaw the milk out they leaked and all my milk was wasted. It was super frustrating as I put in a lot of hard work to get my supply up. To see all that milk wasted was disappointing. I never filled the bags more than 6 oz and would try to lay them flat as possible and still had problems with leaking. It’s happened now with 4 of the bags that I’ve used. Will not purchase again!

I received the Lansinoh Breastmilk Storage Bags through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I am an exclusive pumper, so I live for a high quality breast pump as well as great storage bags. The bags started out great! The quality of the bags are thick. The seal on the top of the bags are strong and doesnt leak after you fully seal it. It has a double seal protection that ensures that the milk stays put! I freeze about 15oz a day so being able to store efficiently is key. I was able to lay these bags flat to freeze, and then stack them upright after for an easy storage that saved a ton of space. The problem, unfortunately, was after I started thawing out the milk to use. More times than not, when unfreezing the bags, the bottom of the bag would rip a small hole causing the milk to pour out the bottom. It creates a big mess and would waste up to a ounce all over the counter. We all know every drop matters of this liquid gold! I thought it could be that I was freezing too much milk in the bags but I tried it with less ounces and it still busted open on the bottom. I really wanted to like these bags because I havent found a storage bag I truly loved. If these bags didnt leak while unfreezing them then It would have been these. Back to the drawing board for me to find the perfect breastmilk storage bags!

I was able to try the Lansinoh Breastmilk storage bags as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. First the pros, I really appreciated the ability to pump directly into the bags. At first I was skeptical and scared to try because it is precious liquid gold but I figured just pay extra attention if the bag comes off and stop pumping. The bag stayed on the whole session. You attach the bag to the collar that you would normally screw to the bottle. I’m not sure how this would work with any other brand besides a Lansinoh breast pump. The bags have a double zipper closure which helps give peace of mind that you have closed it correctly. The markings of the amount of milk in the bag are approximate as with any bag. The closure on the bags are like a zipper and there is an extra one which helps secure you not to leak from the top when storing. Lastly, the storage of the bags was easy as you can store standing or flat. Though the company recommends flat. This is great if you don’t have a lot of freezer space. The con to this product was to pour it out. I tried to do it many times and my mother, who watches my daughter, did too. I find that because the bag doesn’t have much structure at the top to pour it out into a bottle, you feel you will spill. I asked my mother what did she think and she said that was her only problem with them as well. In summary, it is a good set of Breastmilk bags to have that are compact in your purse bag. The ability to pump into the bags also is beneficial especially when you are pressed for time.

Lansinoh makes the best breastmilk storage bags out there. They are durable and easy to use. You can even pump right into the bags to avoid having to wash an extra bottle! I have tried a ton of different brands, and these definitely freeze the flattest of them all, which makes them so easy to store! I had no issues or spills transferring the milk from the bag to a bottle! They are also easy to fill because of how durable they are. The seal is strong, so I dont have to worry about leaks! Nothing is worse than losing even a drop of liquid gold! *I received these bags free for testing purposes, but all opinions are my own!

As we all know, breastmilk is liquid gold and finding the best storage bag that properly holds it is a necessity. I love the Lansinoh Breastmilk Storage Bags. I found them to be very durable. I have had issues with other storage bags where they leak after unfreezing but I have not had any issues with these bags. They are easy to store. They lay flat and I was able to stack them on top of one another. I found it easy to defrost and transfer the stored milk to the bottles. I would definitely recommend these bags and I will continue to use these storage bags. I received this product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I had already been using the Lansinoh milk storage bags exclusively therefore, I was already a fan of this product. The new milk bags allow for easy pumping directly into the storage bag. The material of course is BPA free and is sturdy and also seals tight so I had no problems with leaks. The one problem that I did have was attaching the top portion onto my pump. I also was a little uneasy about the fact that the bag attachment sits inside the bag without anything to secure it onto the bag. I honestly prefer the classic storage bags without the pump adapter because I know that the sterility of the bags remain intact until I pour the milk into them.

I have done everything what the box has said - don’t fill past 6oz, let air out, lay flat in freezer.. and still when I thaw them out they leak everywhere! My liquid gold just got wasted from these bags! Also, I read they wrote to another customer that you need to put them on a paper towel. If that’s the case this company needs to put it on the box or make thicker bags because this is unacceptable! These bags deserve zero stars.

I've used other milk storage bags in the past, but these Lansinoh bags have some really nice features that my previous brand did not. I love that there is a double seal - so many times I've thought I fully closed the bag, only to see some leak out, which is heartbreaking. The bags are easy to open and are a nice durable material. I use the Lansinoh manual pump, and was able to fit the pump into the bag, and directly pump into the bag with no need to use a bottle. This was great, as I did not have any additional pieces to have to wash later. It was easy to remove the pump when done with no spillage. I also use a silicone manual pump on the side I'm not pumping or feeding on, to catch anything that may come out. I was able to easily transfer the milk from there into the bags as well. You can freeze the bags flat, which saves so much space in your freezer. I will definitely continue to use these bags going forward. I received these storage bags as a part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. That being said, I really like these bags. They store really easily, both upright and laying down. I’ve yet to have them leak and the adapter that came with fits my fairly standard breast pump. I take a bag to and from work and these have yet to leak on me.
