Hello Crazycowlady, thank you for your feedback. On our Walmart listing, we have various counts available including a 50 count package and a 100 count package of Breastmilk Storage Bags. If you found the Walmart listing through a Google search, there can be a glitch where it shows "Lansinoh Breastmilk Storage Bag, 200ct" as the product name, but below under "count," it will either have the 100ct or the 50ct selected. We are sorry for this inconvenience. Your receipt should show the count that was purchased. If your receipt says that you purchased our 200ct box and not 100ct, please send an email to wecare@lansinoh.com with a copy of your receipt.
