I thought I liked these bags at first because they were really easy to pour the milk into them. Once I froze them and would thaw the milk out they leaked and all my milk was wasted. It was super frustrating as I put in a lot of hard work to get my supply up. To see all that milk wasted was disappointing. I never filled the bags more than 6 oz and would try to lay them flat as possible and still had problems with leaking. It’s happened now with 4 of the bags that I’ve used. Will not purchase again!

Thanks to Stellar Product Testing Panel, I was able to try out these breastmilk storage bags and pump attachment, and I wish I would have known about them sooner! The bags are great, freeze flat, pour easily, thick plastic - but the game changer is the little adaptor piece that attaches to your pump so you can skip washing a bottle!!!! This probably cuts down a third of the bottles we have to wash everyday, how did I not know about these sooner!!! The only flaw I see is that I will probably go through more bags because I'm not pumping a full 6oz each time, vs filling the bags full with prepumped milk - but that's a small flaw considering the time I save washing pump bottles!

I received the Lansinoh Breastmilk Storage Bags through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I am an exclusive pumper, so I live for a high quality breast pump as well as great storage bags. The bags started out great! The quality of the bags are thick. The seal on the top of the bags are strong and doesnt leak after you fully seal it. It has a double seal protection that ensures that the milk stays put! I freeze about 15oz a day so being able to store efficiently is key. I was able to lay these bags flat to freeze, and then stack them upright after for an easy storage that saved a ton of space. The problem, unfortunately, was after I started thawing out the milk to use. More times than not, when unfreezing the bags, the bottom of the bag would rip a small hole causing the milk to pour out the bottom. It creates a big mess and would waste up to a ounce all over the counter. We all know every drop matters of this liquid gold! I thought it could be that I was freezing too much milk in the bags but I tried it with less ounces and it still busted open on the bottom. I really wanted to like these bags because I havent found a storage bag I truly loved. If these bags didnt leak while unfreezing them then It would have been these. Back to the drawing board for me to find the perfect breastmilk storage bags!

These bags are the perfect leak-free option for freezing and storing breast milk. Since the milk is in a thinner layer in the bag, it helps with thawing evenly. The bags are super durable and don't rip easily. I do have to say follow the ounces on your bottle or pump and not the bag itself.

As an exclusive pumper, these are my go to bags! I transfer my milk into them, and I found the bags open easier with one hand for me to pour into than other brands. (I do not pump directly into them as I like an accurate measure of the amount and I believe the measurements on the side of the bag are a bit askew.) Obviously as an exclusive pumper I am constantly freezing and defrosting bags, and I rarely have one leak! My favorite feature is to freeze them flat and can stack them in my freezer to easily save space and rotate them as needed to quickly defrost the oldest. The tab at the top has all the space necessary for info that could be needed. I don't have a problem with fat of the milk sticking to the inside of the bag when I defrost it which is great. I've used other milk storage bags in the past, but these Lansinoh bags have some really nice features that my previous brand did not. I love that there is a double seal - so many times I've thought I fully closed the bag, only to see some leak out, which is heartbreaking. The bags are easy to open and are a nice durable material. I use the Lansinoh manual pump, and was able to fit the pump into the bag, and directly pump into the bag with no need to use a bottle. This was great, as I did not have any additional pieces to have to wash later. It was easy to remove the pump when done with no spillage. I also use a silicone manual pump on the side I'm not pumping or feeding on, to catch anything that may come out. I was able to easily transfer the milk from there into the bags as well. You can freeze the bags flat, which saves so much space in your freezer. I will definitely continue to use these bags going forward. I have done everything what the box has said - don’t fill past 6oz, let air out, lay flat in freezer.. and still when I thaw them out they leak everywhere! My liquid gold just got wasted from these bags! Also, I read they wrote to another customer that you need to put them on a paper towel. If that’s the case this company needs to put it on the box or make thicker bags because this is unacceptable! These bags deserve zero stars.

These bags themselves are great, no leaking, very similar (if not the same) to the other Lansinoh bags. The adapter used to pump directly into the bags was easy to use with my Medela pump but did not fit my Lansinoh 2.0 pump? I typically only get 1-2 ounces with each pump session but would probably be concerned about the bags getting too heavy or spilling while pumping directly into them. I appreciate the idea of pumping directly into the bag but this was not a clear winner for me. I received this breastfeeding accessories from the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

I love the convenience of pumping right into the bag. I am thankful for Stellar Product Testing Panel for the Lansinoh bags and adapter. I greatly appreciated not having to wash any pumping bottles. I am still trying to learn what the best way to switch if I pumped more than 6 ounces on a side. I made a few messes trying to just swap the full bag with an empty one, mid-pump. The bags easily poured into the babies bottle and I was able to freeze any extra milk. The bags easily froze flat minimizing the room needed in the freezer.

Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel I was able to try these bags and I was very happy with them. They were a good size for storing milk and the bags are very durable. Easy open and stored in the freezer very well. I was able to fill, flatten and freeze for extended storage with no problems of leakage or bags breaking/tearing. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for storage bags.
