They are very absorbent, but it's really hard to get them to lay flat so they don't show through my shirts. I've stopped using the adhesive part too, since I couldn't rely on them to not migrate and was checking to make sure they were in place every time I'd nurse anyway.

I’ve been using these pads for about three months they are pretty discreet and they are absorbent. My one thing is I feel like they should make these a little bigger especially for bigger breasted moms. I don’t tend to feell them throughout the day but on occasionally somehow sometimes they manage to roll up and adhesive sticks to my breast and taking it off sometimes hurts a little that’s why I feel like they should make these a little bigger so that they can fill up majority of the bra and not have that problem as often.

I love these breast pads. I wear them daily. They never let me down, if i can't pump within a few hours, or when i am nursing on one side the other side leaks and these pads are great. If i forget to wear them i am a mess. With them no problems at all!.

I really liked this brand of nursing pads.   They were very absorbent and stayed well in my nursing bra. Store brands exploded after they got too full but these ones stayed intact.   Great value for the price.   I would definitely recommend this to other moms. 

I have purchased both the Stay Dry disposable nursing pads and Ultimate Protection disposable nursing pads separately. It is so convenient to have them together in a multipack. The Ultimate Protection pads are wonderful for overnight use. I never leak through, even though my baby is going longer in between feeds at night.

Lansinoh nursing pads are the best I have ever had! They absorb so much while keeping you dry so a rash does not start. I don't even notice I am wearing the pads because they are so soft and comfortable. I have tried many different types of nursing pads, and hands down I would recommend these nursing pads to everyone every time.

Great for absorbing milk during random let downs. I use it mostly for night time because I sleep and feed my baby and it can get messy without them. Only downside to them is you smell like spoiled breastmilk if you dont change them regularly. I am still buying them to this day.

As a breastfeeding mom this are the only nursing pads that I used I have 3 kids and I always used this brand it does the job and the price is really good would highly recommend plus if they accidentally go into the wash they won't explode like some other ones

I love this multi-pack of nursing pads! I am home with my kiddos, and my baby is a snacker so the chances of leaking while in with him are very slim. It's when I actually get to go the grocery store or any place without him that I get worried. These pads are soft and I can barely notice I am wearing them. He is starting to sleep longer at night, so the night pads are a great reassurance that I can wake up dry and not have to worry through the night. I would definitely recommend these nursing pads to other nursing moms

I didn't love these. It felt a little scratchy in my opinion on my poor sore nipples. I actually preferred using no nursing pad over these until I discovered reusable nursing pads. I prefer the Bamboobies reusable pads because they're softer, easy to use, and more environmentally friendly.
