Slightly less absorbent than medela pads. Better for daytime. The countour could be improved, as these don’t hug the breast like medela pads - I found that the lack of countour with these pads tended to flatten/misshape my nipples. Lightweight and not obvious under clothing. Bag containing pads opens easily with one hand.

These are my favorite nursing pads. I have used them for all four of my children. They are discreet in my nursing bra or nursing tanks, and are soft and comfortable. I’ve never had a leak using these. Would highly recommend this product to all nursing moms.

I love this product-- it's a great idea to make day and night pads for those who leak more because once your little starts sleeping through the night you could really use the extra absorption. I will say that I still mostly use the reusable nursing pads because I find it nice to not worry about needing to buy more, but I also never leaked a ton. I absolutely love these nursing pads! I would always have the trouble of the pad being bulky and showing through my shirt, or not doing a great job leaving my bra/shirt dry ultimately resulting in me using way more pads than necessary. These pads are thin and not noticeable through clothing. I've been using them for about 4 months now and these are the best out there!

The ONLY breast pad I can wear! And I wear them every single day, even at 8 months post partum. I’ve tried a few other kinds and they slip around or I lean right through, but I have never had an issue with these. Highly recommend! I wouldn’t last a day without these lol

I overproduce for my preemie & pump as often as needed but sleep also needs to happen. I've used reusable pads which slid or leaked & the original lansinoh pads which tended to feel feel wet if I got more than three hours sleep with full breasts....love love love not having to worry about that with the Ultimate Protection pads! Only time I woke up wet with these, I discovered in my over tired state I had put one in my bra backwards - FYI the backs aren't absorbent lol! Soft, dry, & high absorbency for the win!

I love these disposable nursing pads because they are compactly, individually wrapped, so I can always carry extras around in my purse and not worry about them getting dirty. They are soft and the adhesive is usually good enough to stay put in my nursing bra. The only issue is that it takes some trial and error to figure out exactly where to place them in your bra cup so that it sufficiently covers the nipple before your breast is filled and after it is filled. My nipple placement seems to shift depending on how full my breast is. Other than that small challenge, these do not leak and I feel confident using them to hold the leaks that happen when I'm using one breast to breastfeed. The other one always leaks without fail!

Love love love these pads I have a heavy let down and these have never leaked once! These pads exceeded my expectations. Pros no leaking, no wet bra or shirt. They are okay. Whenever I try to stick them to my bra they ALWAYS seem to move. Not enough adhesive which sucks if you have to breastfeed because they crumple up and are so hard to put right again. But all in all they do what they said they are supposed to and they get the job done so they aren't too bad.

These pads are so good! They have the right contour and keeps me girls dry. I haven’t had any leakage issues and I always stock up on them. They also have two sticky tabs so they don’t move around a lot compared to other brands I’ve used. Would definitely recommend.
