I’ve not once had a leakage issue while using these pads for the last 5 months! My only complaint is the sticky backing. I wish there was a more natural option for the backing and that it would stick to some silkier fabrics better. Other than those two things, this is a reasonably priced and effective way to keep those giant milk stains in your bra and off your clothes!

I used these a lot in the first few months postpartum as I leaked a lot . They worked really well in holding in my milk and not smelling bad after a whole night of leaking. The only downside is that they do not stay in place very well if you move around alot. I would usually have it come out of my bra by morning even using the little stickies.

I LOVE Lansinoh brand. So when I saw these at the store I picked them up right away. I can not live without nursing pads so I wear these 24/7. The Lansinoh pads worked really well for me! I have am oversupply so I definitely recommend them to every breastfeeding mama!

These things were awesome and a lifesaver. I had them with me at all times- in my purse, diaper bag, I couldn't leave without them. Thankfully I had a lot of milk, but the constant overflow often left me wet and that was sort of gross and uncomfortable. I learned to always have a disposable pad tucked into my bra and went about my day worry-free

I don’t find myself leaking much anymore but I like the adhesive on these to stick to your bra, and they are very absorbent. They were a little rough on my very sensitive nipples the first couple weeks, so that was rough, but they do have ultra soft ones to try too. Overall, I would purchase again.

these pads held so much milk! i forgot to add extra pads to my diaper bag and it kept up with me, i was worried that it would start to i guess spill the milk but it didn’t, it worked perfectly fine! the downside is even if you stick to bra it will move to ball up.

I love this combo pack! I had used the Stay Dry pads before but not the Ultimate Protection. Love both pads and probably wouldn't have tried the Ultimate Protection if it hadn't been for the combo box. Great product for someone like me who doesn't like to buy 2 separate boxes of two product lines.

Lansinoh nursing pads are my favorite! When I tried their new ultimate protection pads, I thought "but their old nursing pads worked fine!". The ultimate protection pads are seriously dry all the time. Even when I know I leaked, I can't even tell with the pads! Great product!

Lets be honest, who wants to be walking around with their bra & shirt breast area wet by breastmilk ? I know I don’t ! As a mom I wanted something comfortable but at the same time with good absorbing quality. These nursing pads did the job 👏🏻 I definitely recommend & they are super affordable as well ! I’m a first time mom and I’m glad I found this product when I did. When I found out that I would be leaking from feeding my baby I bought this immediately. This keeps me dry all day at home, running errands out and about, and even at work. Will be continuing to buy this.
