These work just fine. They have the sticky part on the back that hold them in to your nursing bra. The inside is nice and soft so when you leak it doesn't stick to your nipple. They do the job, very absorpant, I never worry about leaking through these pads.

I have used Lansinoh Disposable Nursing Pads with both of my children and I plan on using them again with my third. The honeycomb pattern traps and holds your milk and can hold a lot of it. I definitely recommend this product to breastfeeding mothers.

I think these are definitely every first time parent’s go-to brand. i did definitely like them but the problem i had was that they were all individually wrapped in plastic and i know it’s to keep them sanitary but i think you’re better off with reusable pads!

I was excited when Lansinoh sent me these new pads to review because I've been using their regular pads for almost 5 years now. With my newest baby, I've had to change pads almost every single nursing session because of the moisture in the pads from leakage. I've never had the pads leak, even when they seem saturated, but they felt moist. These new pads are softer and less irritating than the original pads. They also absorb the liquid better so that the pads don't feel moist. I've found I don't have to change them quite as often. I can't wait to be able to buy these in the stores!

I love that this comes with both day and night pads. There is nothing worse than waking up in a pool of your own milk. Not only do you have to change clothes and sheets but then you have to deal with the mattress as well. No one wants to deal with that when you're already sleep deprived from the joys of a new baby. The night pads are super absorbent and stay in place with the stickies on the back. Another plus about the night pad is that it doesn't bulge when it gets full of milk. Same goes for the day pads. I've tried the generic store brands and they become lumpy and soggy. Totally uncomfortable and weird looking. I love that these pads keep their shape and don't show through bra/clothes like others. I've tried many different brands of breast pads and I keep finding myself coming back to the lansinoh brand. I also like that I can keep them on all day. With other brands, I need to change them out 2 or 3 times a day. (I'm a leaker. If I hear a baby cry I'm like a fire hose!! Too much!) These pads are great insurance for moms like me.

These are the most amazing pads ever! Every time I use these they always keep me protected and dry! If you decide to breast feed your baby, you should get this. Breastfeeding moms could have milk leaking all the time, so this product saves you from those awkward moments. It's the best brand!

These were a must have for when I was nursing. I leaked so much and went through other nursing pads. These are the only ones I didn't leak through. Price isn't bad either. No issue with them staying put or bunching up in my bra like others either. Overall I recommend.

I love these nursing pads. They have sticky pads on the back to place in your bra to stay put and prevent leakage. I just wish they were longer or wider . Other than that, if you leak a lot, put two in each side of your bra! I highly recommend this brand!

These are my go to nursing pads, especially for overnight use. I barely notice I am wearing them as they are extremely soft and comfortable. Great price for the quantity per box as well as for the quality of pad. They stay in place and I have never experienced a leak from them.

I used these a lot in the first few months postpartum as I leaked a lot . They worked really well in holding in my milk and not smelling bad after a whole night of leaking. The only downside is that they do not stay in place very well if you move around alot. I would usually have it come out of my bra by morning even using the little stickies.
