Nursing pads truly are extra-soft, even for immediately post-partum. Individually wrapped, easy to stick into your nursing bra, they are pretty discreet under clothing (they don't crumple either, even after pushing the bra with pad out of the way to nurse). Sticky enough to stay in the bra, but not so sticky that it leaves a residue like some competitors' pads.

I am currently breastfeeding my 4th child who is now almost 2 months old. I started using Lansinoh nursing pads with my 3rd child and have never gone to other brands. These fit nicely in my bra and are quite secure with the sticky tape on the back of the pad. No embarrassment from these falling out unlike some other brands that would constantly be needed to reposition. These hold a lot! My breasts leak a lot in the first few months and I know that these will save me from getting wet marks on my tops. The night pads work well for me especially when my child sleeps longer than usual. They're comfortable you don't realize you are wearing them. The pads are individually wrapped so you can stick them in your bag and they remain clean and ready to use. These are thin yet very absorbent. You can't see them through the bra which is a major plus. Other brands were easily seen and made me feel lumpy.

Thank goodness for the breast pads! I would soak through shirts before I started using this brand pads. To be fair I never used another brand, but that's because this brand worked so well and the price was so reasonable. The pads were soft, so they didn't irritate the nipple and they absorbed everything. I was a super leaker too!

Hate using disposal anything, but leaky boob syndrome was out of control when I had my first babe!! These pads worked amazingly! I worked long hours and can say that these pads did not leak through at all! Again, if you can opt for reusable pads, of course that would be better! I've tried a few other brands (medela and a cotton pad that I don't remember the brand of) and I love these ones. They have a sticky spot on top so they stay put but they don't leave a residue when you pull them off. They are very absorbent but aren't bulky. My son just started sleeping through the night so I get pretty engorged and leaky during the night and when I wake up my nursing bra is dry and the pads are full. I have only ever had it leak once and that was when I was away from my son for about 8 hours and was also unable to pump. It was in the beginning of my milk establishment so I was engorged and leaky pretty much 24-7. I foolishly didn't bring spare nursing pads and had a little leakage but not enough to make it through my bra to my shirt. I love these!!

I recieved a few boxes of this brand and a few boxes of the parents choice brand and much prefer the parents choice. These feel very bulky and stick out alot more than the others. They have the same absorbancy as the others while the others are easier to smooth out and hide better than these

I love these breast pads it helps you feel and stay dry for long period of time, they are very light weight and super absorbable they cover a bit more than the nips, by far these are the best ones I've used so far than other brands oh and I do r wake up soaked anymore since I switched to these so if your breastfeeding like I am these are a must buy and they are affordable

As a new mom, I wasnt even sure I would need these, but as it turns out; they were a must!! These nursing pads kept me dry even through the worst days of breast engorgement, sometimes even when I didn't realize there was leakage! They are easy to use, I just place them inside the bra cups and they are ready to go. they have become my everyday necessity and you can't beat the affordable price!

I am a working mom, so pumping doesn't always happen as often as it should while I am away from my baby. I love that this pack includes both day and night nursing pads to adjust to my needs. I used to have my nursing pads leak through my shirt if I didn't get a chance to pump so the option of having the night nursing pads to cater to my overflow of breat milk is awesome.
