They do they're thing and absorb leaky breast juice. I've used different brands and honestly they're all about the same. I can't particularly say one is better than the other but these do do a great just at absorbing. You can feel it get almost gel-like in the inside if it catches a lot.

I bought s different kind of pads and started using those, I even tried the cotton washable ones, they where very cumply and sometimes stick to my sore nipples. A friend gave me some Lansinoh ones she had left over from her last baby and waoooo what a difference! Soft, would never show, I didn't even feel I was wearing them. Have never gone annother day whitout one since!!

No leak anymore with these great disposable pads! Very soft,absorbent and discreet - which is my biggest concern..I used washable pads are they are pretty rough and i can see them through my clothes. So with these pads I am absolutely happy! I always keep extra in my diaper bag!

These nursing pads are great. I have bought multiple boxes of these already. They come in individually wrapped nursing pads so it is hygienic. Feels really lightweight and soft and they are highly absorbent which keeps my skin dry. It's great because the adhesive sticks to the bra so I don't worry about it falling out and they don't show an outline through the nursing bra.

These are my absolute favorite breastfeeding pads. I was blessed with a great supply and still needed pads almost a year into breastfeeding feeding or I would soak through my shirt at night or leak during the day. I tried so many brands and always came back to these.

These are my second favorite nursing pads. I prefer the ultimate protection because they seem to hold a little better and are less prone to leaking but I was in a pinch and had to buy these instead one time.  They work great but maybe not so great for overnight jut because they don't hold quite as much as the ultimate protection pads.

I have always been a huge Lansinoh product lover. I have used the original breast pads for years with my 3 kids. But was excited to try these. I love that they are soft and comfy as well as discreet. They are shaped to fit your breast as well as curved to be comfy and discreet and catch the letdown as effectively as possible. These are really super absorbent; more so than the original ones. I loved that it still has the adhesive backing with two strips to make sure it stays in place, but they usually do, even without using the adhesive. I did notice that with the other pads, I would have to change frequently some days or they would get so full that it would leak. These are more absorbent and have this leak locking system to keep you dry. I have been breast feeding for a while now. My daughter still only prefers to eat by breast so I am still experiencing let down and leaking often and I know I am going to keep using these ones now. I did get to try these for free as part of a product trial, but the opinions here are my own.

I had purchased these nursing pads the week after I started nursing when my milk supply was an oversupply. I was using re usable nursing pads before and LEAKED AND LEAKED. But after getting and using Lansinoh nursing pads I never leaked and my nipples wouldn't be as cracked I love this product!

These were so comfortable to wear when I needed breast pads. They were very soft and didn't irritate my nipples. They absorbed a lot and would stick to my bra with no problems. Compared to other breast pads I tried I would 100% recommend these over everything else.

Love these. They are very absorbent and convenient. I love using these during the day when I need to change out more often. Very soft and they do not stick to you like others I have used. They stay in place and can hold a fair amount if you're unable to change out for awhile. Saved lots of shirts!
