I tried a few different kinds of nursing pads when breast-feeding my first child and leaked through so many shirts because of the pads not staying in place or not covering enough of an area. Once I got to the Lansinoh Brand I never looked back. I have used these while breastfeeding both of my children and have never had a problem with leakage, or with them being uncomfortable. I recommend these for anyone looking for a soft pad that will stay in place.

  Lansinoh Stay Dry Disposable Nursing Pads 30 They are pretty good pads but only for like 30 minutes up to 1 hour depending on how much milk you have, they are priced at good value, pros they save you're clothes cons don't last long, yes it did meet expectations, yes I would recommend 

I have tried Medela, Toys R' Us, Walgreens, and Lansinoh breast pads and these are by far the best. Adhesive stays stuck until you pull them off, even in bed! I need one pair for an 8hr shift as a busy pediatrician. They don't show, even when they get full! Not sticky or yucky when full either. Totally dry!

Loved these ! I've had 2 kids, and used these after each ! They were super comfortable, I could barely feel them there. They never rubbed or caused any discomfort. They also kept me super dry, no more embarrassing leaks in the grocery store. I would for sure buy these again.

I used to like them but the new ultimate protection ones, make me not like this very much, this are bulky and you notice them thru your clothes and the sticky part gets really stuck in your breasts and its hurts to remove them...and they move really easy.

These are a great nursing pad. I could wear them all day and never felt I was soaking through. I especially like them at night. Without them I would leak all over. With them I woke up completely dry. Not as soft as the ultimate protection ones from the same brand but I don't really see that as a deterrent from these. 

I am a heavy leaker and these breat pads are extremely reliable! The shape is perfect to seamlessly blend into your clothing as not to be noticed and the sticky pads on the back keep it in place all day. They are very absorbent and I have never found a more reliable brand of nursing pads out there. These are by far the best I have come across and in turn are the only ones I by!

These ultimate protection disposable nursing pads live up to their name! I usually have to change my nursing pads 2-3 times a day, sometimes more, when using basic pads. I was amazed that I only use 1 pair of these a day and get the same protection from leaks and wetness! They are slightly more expensive, but you save the money by using less. They keep my nipples drier and more comfortable than any other product I've tried. I can't recommend these enough! Lansinoh's manual pump was a lifesaver for my breastfeeding journey and you can just add these to the list of ways Lansinoh has made breastfeeding better and better for moms!

Wouldn't say I hated them, they just didn't work for me. I have a fast, heavy let down and they just couldn't keep up with what I was putting out. I do like the convenience of tossing them but o was going through way to many and o wanted to do better for the environment.

These worked pretty well but I had an oversupply and they got soaked pretty quick. They worked better once my supply evened out. They had a sticky side which helped keep them in place. I would recommend them, I only give three stars because they are expensive and not that many come in a pack
