Quick tip. Use collection cups during the day and nursing pads at night. 1. Cuts cost of nursing pads, 2. Saves all the leaked milk for the babe! I love them I use them overnight to sleep in and haven't had any issues leaking through them. Very comfy and affordable!

I kind of liked it, but then I notice when I wear them while at work it just keeps coming up! It wouldn't stay in the spot. The extra Simeon the outside of the breast pad keep poking me, irritating or makes my side itch wanting to replace them with something else. Prob better for only stay home moms.

Works great and kept my nipples dry. After a while I could tell that the pads would get a bit bulky from the milk I would leak and start to become uncomfortable. After nursing a few times with them, they would stop sticking to my bra and would move around and not stay in place.

Love the comfort of the pads! Sticks very well to bra. Yes it definitely meets expectations and works very well! Sometimes leaves fuzz on nipples so that leaves some room for improvement there. Overall I really like them and will continue to use and buy them. 

I used these when I was nursing my son they were the best. I was using another brand when my mom bought these for me and I didn't think that they were going to be good enough because they were so thin. They actually ended up working so well I stopped buying the other brand and only used these.

I tried cloth, organic, and off-brand versions of these to save money, but nothing worked the same as Lansinoh disposable nursing pads. They hold a lot of liquid, stay in place, and are convenient (no washing and reusing, just toss). I'm now very brand loyal. Just look for sales and buy in bulk.

Great pad. Gets bunches up easily. Doesn't hold a whole lot. I change them 2-3 times a day. I also don't use the sticky strips. That helps with the bunching. Not having the sticky strips open they don't get stuck to the pad causing a bunched up wad. So far this brand is my preferred brand of pads.

I'm on my second child, and I've tried several different kinds of disposable nursing pads including Medela and Comforts (Kroger Brand). These are the best. They are the most comfortable and provide the best protection without leaving sticky residue on my bra. The night pads have a blue thicker lining which is great in the early months when you're constantly leaking! The day ones are great as well. Even after my supply evened out, I continue to wear these just in case, and I don't even know they're there. I highly recommend these.

I breastfeed as well as pump and these are amazing! I tried many different brands at first to find my favorite and these are definitely it! I personally do not use the adhesive backing because I find it easier that way, but the adhesive is much better than that of other brands. I love how absorbent these pads are. I had a huge issue with leaking, especially overnight, but I can wear these for 8+ hours overnight with no problem! I will ONLY purchase Lansinoh!

These were great they aren't too expensive and they are soft enough and absorbent. They are super convenient as they are disposable which is great for the first few weeks. I only wish they were a little more sticky on the back to stay in place a little better.
