So convenient, fit in all my bras, and they last all day without any leaks!   Sometimes I can get two use out of them depending on how much I leak.

These are the best that I've tried. They are absorbent but not really thick, and the shape allows you to wear them discreetly with any bra or top.

Work very well. Fairly absorbing and they stay in place pretty well! They do get kinda stinky sometimes.
