Waste of breastmilk. But if you don't care about that then they do the job they were made for. I personally prefer collection cups for inside of the bra.

I used this nursing pad in my first pregnancy, It is good for leakage., if you have heavy leakage you might keep changing the pad once its full. Only problem I had is, it doesnt stick to cloth for long. Losens and falls. Rest I liked it

This product is really well made, can hardly tell anything is there. But yet it protects from those embarrassing moments of leaking. Will defintely be buying these again!

these are the best! i've had different brands but these are my go to, they're not too noticeable and actually hold a lot of leakage if you're not able to change throughout the day or night. they don't have a scent either so that's a plus!
