These work well for night time leaks especially since baby has been sleeping through the night! Material is soft enough that it didn’t irritate my nipples. Would definitely purchase these again !

Perfect, did not leak day and night. Soaks all the milk without leaving the smell and wetness like washable nursing pads. They just don't have the technology like these Lansinoh nursing pads.

I have used this brand since 2026 and I've used the nipple cream as well. It's my number 1 go to brand. I will continue to be this brand throughout my nursing years, and my next children I have!

Stay in place well, I don’t tend to leak much so I can’t say if it’s good for heavy leakers but they worked for me. Easy to carry and replace as needed.

Thisisnotmy first timeusing these pads. I've tried different brands and i keep comingback to lansinoh. These pads are so absorbent and very comfortable. They also cover yourwhole breast unlike other brands.

These pads work great at first, but for someone who is very large in the bust they have a tendency to fold up or go missing in my bra! Maybe they can make some that would suit someone with larger breasts or make the adhesive stronger.

Tried a couple of brands before coming back to these ones. They have great leak protection and stay where you place them because of the adhesive. Would recommend!

These were great if I was worried I would leak but they do not stick well to the bra. It covers everything but doesn’t stay in one place. Definitely don’t recommend wearing to bed either.

Really good and reliable breast pads. They were given to me as a gift after baby and perfect for wearing in the night and I've never had any leaks with these. Aggressive side means they stay in place.

I’m using them now! My milk just never stopped leaking... ever. I’ve been nursing for almost 4 years and these are my foot pads. I’ve tried several brands that these are the only ones that truly worked for me. Definitely worth the money.
