I use Clorox wipes around my apartment, and used to use them to clean counter and bathroom surfaces when I worked at a local theater. I find that they are a quick and easy way to disinfect, but if dust, dirt, or anything else is on the surface when cleaning, it usually just gets pushed around. I have to follow behind with a paper towel to pick up what the wipe left behind. However, I enjoy the scent and the knowledge that the surface is left disinfected!

The other major brand (I am almost positive) does not say they work on glass. I keep these all around my house in bathrooms and the kitchen. They work great on my glass cooktop as well as my stainless appliances.
