I stocked up on three wand sets and three refills for the pandemic. Every pad I have tried to use comes apart in layers including the one attached to the plastic. I have always trusted Clorox products and was wondering what happened?

As another reviewer posted, this used to be a great product, but the last two refill packs I have bought come apart as soon as they go in the water. The scrubber separates into layers and comes loose from the base.

I really like this toilet wand, I felt that it really cleaned my toilet well and felt more cleanly overall. The only thing I would like to improve is having it be flushable in some kind of way. I think then I would really recommend this product.
