Hey Clorox. I don't understand why you would change the refills when they worked so good. Now, they fall apart during the first use. If they are not changed back to before I will have to search for other means to clean.

I clean an office once a week, and we use these to clean the toilets. They work well, and are easy to dispose of! The only downside is they can be pricey, and I feel as though probably harmful for environment.

Terrible decision to change your wand pad. However much you saved by going cheaper, will probably cost you in the long run. It used to be the very best system for cleaning a toilet now it's terrible. As far as a customer is concerned, I'm out..
