Great product

This is a wonderful product that has helped reduce the number of times each month for deep cleaning my toilet bowl. This product helps keeps stains down & leaves the bathroom smelling fresh.

Pads fall off

I love the idea of the wand. Smells and cleans great. My problem is that the pads fall apart the second it hits the water. I have to fish it out with a gloved hand and continue to clean . I'm going back to old fashioned brush and cleaner.

Used to be good, don't waste money now!!!

I have used these for years but the last 3 boxes I bought to refill SUCK!!! They fall apart as soon as you start scrubbing. Not happy, want money back. Need to go back to old design.

Falls apart

I love this product but sadly it falls apart when hits the water and its very frustrating! I bought a big refill package and all of them are the same, very disappointing.

Poor quality

I’ve used these for a long time but the last box I got are not the same quality as before. They separate immediately after they get wet. Whatever y’all changed needs to be corrected. I can’t recommend until I know this issue is resolved.

Had to reclean anyway

I was really excited about this, thought it’d be more sanitary then leaving a toilet brush in the bathroom. After cleaning, and going back after 5 min to flush, it left blue stains from the soap and I had to rescrub with my toilet brush anyway.

Not the same

I was excited to be able to buy a new one of these a couple months ago, as I had not had one for several years. I am not excited any more. Now, the pads just literally fall apart and they're useless. I'm glad I didn't throw out my old brush.
