Been using the toilet wand for years, for the past few months I noticed the pad coming off the clip into my toilet. It very unpleasant to fish the pads out of my toilet. What happened? Very disappointed! I want the original product to come back please!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the idea of this product. However, when using the wand the sponge falls apart while cleaning the toilet. If that issue was solved to where the sponge would not come apart I would definitely recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super easy to set up and use. This makes cleaning your toilet so easy. It does a great job scrubbing and it moves easily around the toilet. It smells really fresh. I will definitely be purchasing the refills.

I have been using the Clorox ToiletWand for a long time, however just recently, the refills are not manufactured well. The glue used to hold the scrubber to the wand is not strong and the scrubber falls into the toilet. This is just unacceptable. I thought I got a bad batch, but the last box purchased was the same. I see other complaints. Obviously Clorox knows there is a problem, but doesn't seem to care. I'll be switching brands.

Trying it out straight out the box I realized I need one for all my bathrooms it’s convenient and the cleaning power is awesome definitely will buy more this product exceeded my expectations, my toilet bowl was sparkling

As I read the info about these bowl cleaners, I too believed the “Cleaning System” mentioned would just automatically contain the brush holder, since, well there IS a BRUSH! I’d bought the kit thinking it couldn’t be as bad as the previous set I’d been using, which ALWAYS came apart in the bowl! My biggest complaint about BOTH systems - I couldn’t find a way to contact the companies to ask questions OR complain! THIS is the first time I’ve actually SEEN the reviews AND responses regarding CLOROX’ failure to add the storage for the included brush! Often these days, I’ve found that many businesses make ‘contact’ far more difficult than ever. I must say, I am pleasantly surprised by the number of consumers (who DO help pay the salaries of the company doing business) were as surprised & perplexed by this particular toilet bowl cleaning system. While I have liked Clorox Refills far more than the previous, it is just SO aggravating, not to mention, OFFENSIVE to have to ASK for what should have been included in this ‘set’ (can’t really call it a ‘KIT’ if it doesn’t have the necessary supplies to USE it, right?!) when having to clean a toilet is not something one would really WANT to argue & complain about with the business providing products to make this less of a chore. My HOPE - CLOROX, PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE! I’ve had to use the ‘Mr. What’s-is-name’ holder for the refill heads, but the storage for the brush is too small for the handle & brush, which (when waiting for the sponge to dry in the space provided by “MC’) leaves a wet, blue mess on the bathroom tile. Just ONE MORE place to keep clean! THAT, & the lack of a place to store the brush are my only complaints. Thankfully, these heads have not begun coming apart while using them! My GUESS - when Clorox makes their ‘new & improved’ - THEN they’ll begin breaking up on me! It’s just the way it is for me! I would recommend this product (THO I was NOT awarded a ‘sample product’ in exchange for anything as many others seem to be!), BUT I would surely tell friends to buy ONLY the KIT/SET/whatever it’s called, INCLUDING a brush caddy! Wish I could have simply left a positive review of how well this product actually works! I mean, the handle DOES detach the used brush on the FIRST press of the detach button! NEVER worked with the OTHER guys! 8{ TY for your time.

I've been buying these for years. This was the only box left when I went to the store. I needed them so I bought it. They fall apart at the attachment segment. I can use them, but it's difficult to clean the toilet with the cleaning head flopping around. I hope this was an anomaly as I find this product to generally be affective and convenient.

I have been using the ToiletWand for years but only recently have found that the pad, once wet, tends to separate and almost detach at the plastic base and I would hate having to retrieve once in the water. I have seen this with my last 3 purchases. What has happened to the quality of this product?

I remember the first time I bought this product years ago. It was brand new at the time and it worked impressively well. The past few years though, the scrubby pad is both difficult to remove from the base and the cleaning pad itself comes off too easily (almost falling in the toilet most times). Reading the reviews here reminded me why I had previously decided not to purchase another refill pack. Such a disappointment for a once previously great product. I would recommend you look elsewhere for toilet cleaning needs until reviews start to show that something has changed for the better.

The last few refills I have purchased fall apart. At first I thought it was a bad box, but subsequent purchases of this product continue to fall apart during use. It is disappointing when a good product from a trusted brand is rendered useless by the manufacturer. Time to shop for an alternate product. I won’t be buying any more Clorox ToiletWand refills.
