Just opened a box of toilet wand refills. First two came right apart as soon as they were wet. Pretty sure rest of box will do the same. I am sitting on 3 boxes of refills, ugh. This has not happened in the past. Afraid I'm sitting on 3 defective boxes.

I have used this product for many years, however the last 2 times I purchased a d used them the scrub pad falls apart or completely off. Pulling it out the toilet is not my favorite thing to do. Don't think I will buy them again unless the company tells me they have remedied the problem

They are less messy than normal brushes and they seem more sanitary. They are easy to use and do a great job cleaning the toilet bowl. I highly recommend this system for keeping the toilets clean!

I still have a few spots, but with regular use I'm confident it'll come off. So happy to have received this. Highly recommend

This is a staple product on my shopping list. It's very easy to use and it actually cleans the toilet! The only 2 things I don't like about this product are the sponges cannot be flushed and there is no stand for the wand, other than that, I love this product and I have not used anything else in the last 2 years.

The product is easy to use and leaves a pleasing scent in the bathroom. I enjoy that the refill packs have several refills. I will continue using them, because I don't have to spray anything or worry about making a mess with these.

I love these disposables scrubbers. I really do. But recently every single head turns to mush and literally starts falling off the snap-on attachment within seconds. I've had more than one detach and just drop into the bowl, leaving me to fish them out with a coat hanger so they wouldn't get flushed. One of my favorite cleaning products no longer makes the cut. Disappointing is an understatement.

My family has used the Toilet Wand for years, in addition to other fine Clorox products. However, over the recent past, the fibrous cleaning pads frequently detach from the plastic base almost immediately after being immersed in the water. This has happened on several occasions. Now it is Memorial Day Weekend, and the pad has come off again, and has completely disappeared into the plumbing! Hence, we are now unable to use or flush this toilet until a plumber can be reached over a holiday weekend, with the great possibility of an expensive plumbing bill. I have noticed several other customers mentioning this similar dilemma. Please either strengthen the glue component on this product or remove it from the market. It is unacceptable for a company of your size and reputation to keep selling a faulty product that frequently fails to perform its intended purpose. Thank you
