I have been buying this product for a couple of years and have always found it to be a great product. I bought a box of refills approx 6 months ago and I immediately noticed a decrease in the quality, but thought it was a fluke! The layers of the refill began separating during use. I continued to buy the product and didn't experience any more issues until using the box I purchased this month. The sponge literally came apart from the disc that attaches to the wand. I had to "fish" for the sponge in the toilet bowl and remove it with my hand. I will probably buy one more box, but if the quality is no better, I will no longer purchase this product. Clorox, you had a great product, put your Quality team on this and resolve the issue please!!

Setting up the storage caddy and handle couldn't be easier, and having it all together is super convenient. It looks nice in my bathroom, very clean and unobtrusive. My favorite things about it are that it's really easy to use, leaves my bathroom smelling fresh, and I just throw away the dirty cleaning pad so I don't have to keep a nasty toilet brush in my bathroom anymore. It also works amazing at cleaning so I don't miss the brush at all. Also, I mentioned earlier the convenience of this product! There is more than enough cleaner in the pad for multiple toilets, not separate bottle of cleaner necessary, just click the pad into the handle, scrub, and toss into the trash. I highly recommend this to anyone, especially those who don't like the idea of a germy toilet brush sitting in their bathroom. I'll be stocking up on refills for sure.

I love this product! I use it every week when I clean the bathrooms. It is so easy to use and leaves the toilet sparkling clean and smelling fresh. Gone are the days when you had to stick your hand in the bowl to get a clean toilet. It is more pricy than the traditional way of cleaning but well worth it.

I love to clean my toilet I like to have it clean and I clean it almost every other day and I have to say that I hate having toilet ones laying around in the bathroom so I love that Clark now has these disposable ones so that I can clean and get rid of it and get a new one quickly highly recommend these they are affordable and easy to use and yeah highly recommend them

Its a product that gets the job done. My daughter can use the wand with the disposable heads after her cleaning. They are easy to use and takes the hassle out of using several products. She likes the simplicity in how to use the product. She said that doesn’t need a toilet brush when she has her Clorox wand - LOL!!!

Save your money the pads fall off as soon as they hit the water no use can't put back on they are glued on(so stupid) and so then when water hits them you scrub once and they peel off DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY THEY ARE NOT CHEAP, I thought it was a bad batch but after over months and wasting half a pack each time down the toilet cus yes, the almost half a packet peel and where no good, ALWAYS NEVE FAIL

I had been a customer for several years, the last two times I have purchased this product I have been HIGHLY dissapointed. The refills are poorly made and fall apart easily. I work overtime making sure they do not fall of the plastic and fall into the toilet bowl with no way for me to retrieve them. No more wasting my money. Have gone back to the brush. Prices go up and quality go down, very dissapointing.

This is the 3rd purchase in a row of the pads falling off as soon as they are wet. The first time I thought maybe the glue wasnt applied properly during manufacturing, so I dealt with it. The second box I purchased did the same thing. I don’t typically complain, so I thought 2 in a row? Now this 3rd refill pack is the same! As soon as they hit the water the pad comes off from the plastic disc. Tell me this is just a short term problem because I love the sanitary and convenience of this product. I’ve been using for years. This is a new problem.

We have super hard water at our house so the toilets usually have stains from it. These disposable toilet wands help so much with that. We have been using them for a few years now and are very impressed with the quality of them, I'd definitely recommend them!
