The cleaning head detached from the plastic holder and you have to fish the cleaning head out of the toilet. This has happened so many times and not economical at all. You use so many heads at one time just to get the toilet scrubbed. It is not just one box of refills that this has happened with. Very disappointed!!

I purchased a large box (36 cleaning heads) everyone as came apart as soon as i put it in water it is such a mess! I could understand one or two. but I am on my third pack and so far, they have all fallen apart, what a waste of money... Clorox can and should do better, ripping off customers is not cool!!!

Once were it becomes very bubbly and does a fantastic job!!! I will definitely purchase more refills.

LOVE THIS! This is the best toilet cleaner. You just clip the head on the stick and when you’re done you click the button over the trash and you’re done. I would be nice if we could I clip the thing directly into the toilet and flush it. I love that it doesn’t seem extra dirty and I usually rinse the stick cus it’s still gross. But love this

It's super convenient because it comes with disposable sponges that you click onto the wand. When you're done scrubbing, you just pop the sponge off into the trash—no need to touch it! Plus, the cleaning solution built into the sponges is powerful against stains and germs. Makes cleaning the toilet way less of a hassle and a bit more hygienic.

I too have been using these for quite a while now and I thought they were the best thing ever! However, the last 4 boxes of refills have been terrible!!! The scrubber pad comes out of the bag already a bit detached and within 2-3 swipes it is hanging by a thread making it very difficult to clean with. I will most likely stop using these if I don’t see an improvement SOON!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start, this was really easy to put together. The starter kit comes as a caddy, wand and 6 scrubbing pads. When scrubbing the toilet bowl I found the hexagon shape of the cleaning pad was perfect to get up under the rim of the toilet bowl. The scrubber was gentle enough not to scratch to bowl but effective in cleaning. Left the toilet sparkling. Do not flush scrubbing pads- these easily drop in trash once cleaning is complete.

The first time I used it, the pad separated from the plastic disc that attaches it to the wand before I even got it in the water! I tried another one and it separated shortly after I started. For this product to have originally had good reviews, something must be happening in quality control! I don’t like that I’ve wasted my money!
