I have been using the ToiletWand for years but only recently have found that the pad, once wet, tends to separate and almost detach at the plastic base and I would hate having to retrieve once in the water. I have seen this with my last 3 purchases. What has happened to the quality of this product?

I had been a customer for several years, the last two times I have purchased this product I have been HIGHLY dissapointed. The refills are poorly made and fall apart easily. I work overtime making sure they do not fall of the plastic and fall into the toilet bowl with no way for me to retrieve them. No more wasting my money. Have gone back to the brush. Prices go up and quality go down, very dissapointing.

I received this for free to review from Influenster and below is my honest assessment. The wand and the container are neat and easy to store. I am someone who has used more natural cleaners in recent years and I can attest this product (particularly the bleach) left my bowl cleaner for a longer period of time after use. The cleaning product creates foam and was thick when I scrubbed away. My issue is that just like K-Cups, I don't want to create so much waste every time I clean my toilet. I feel guilty throwing away the sponge after one use and would say that going forward I will use the remaining heads over a few months. I wish there was a better option for this that didn't require being wasteful. But if you're not concerned with this, it gets the job done.

Perfect amount of cleaner to do outside and inside of bowl, then dispose the scrubby with the flick of a switch. Cannot recommend enough.

I absolutely love this thing! It was so easy to put together and use. I especially like that it got rid of the yucky stuff under the rim of the toilet where you can't really see unless you happen to glance iver while you're in the bathtub. The directions said to let it sit for awhile and then flush but it worked right away for me. It comes with 6 cleaners that you can easily store in the little caddy. I'd definitely recommend trying this. It's very convenient.

I have been using the Clorox toilet wand for several years because its my favorite way to keep my toilets clean and smelling fresh. I was really excited to receive this because it’s something I already use and love!! I love that its easy to use and makes cleaning up toilets more sanitary because the cleaning pads are disposable. No more dirty toilet wands sitting next to my toilets!! I highly recommend it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use all Clorox products, Splashless bleach, Bathroom Bleach Foam (have a bottle in my kitchen) and the Toilet Wand. I grew up with my Mother using Clorox bleach and I just progressed into their other products. When I use one of the products I feel I am getting the best clean and it is always so simple to us.

I to am so disappointed in the toilet wand. They used to be great and I was able to clean both bathrooms with one sponge. Now I barely get them in the water and they fall apart. PLEASE PLEASE go back to the way to use to make them. Saving a penny or two on your end will lose more customers on this end. I tried to insert a picture of mine after less then ten seconds in the water but could not upload here.

I have a box of 36 refills that I hardly used and might as well throw out. I used to love this product when they first came out, but the quality has plummeted. They are much thinner now and fall apart when they hit the water! Not a good feature for a product intended for use in a toilet.

I too was a long time user of the Toilet Wand system. I will not buy them again. The refill sponges fall off the plastic pieces right away and we also had the whole plastic piece fall off the wand. I used to LOVE this product and now it is a waste of money.
