I have been buying this product for a couple of years and have always found it to be a great product. I bought a box of refills approx 6 months ago and I immediately noticed a decrease in the quality, but thought it was a fluke! The layers of the refill began separating during use. I continued to buy the product and didn't experience any more issues until using the box I purchased this month. The sponge literally came apart from the disc that attaches to the wand. I had to "fish" for the sponge in the toilet bowl and remove it with my hand. I will probably buy one more box, but if the quality is no better, I will no longer purchase this product. Clorox, you had a great product, put your Quality team on this and resolve the issue please!!

They are not flushable pads. They are to be disposed of in the trashcan. I like the sleek look of the caddy and knowing that I'm providing the cleanest commode possible.

I have loved these cleaners for years, it helps me keep my bathroom clean, but the box I opened the pads fall off as soon as it goes in the water. I don't know why this has happened. I hope that we can figure this out so I can continue to use this product. Please contact me.

These are hands-down, the best toilet cleaners I’ve ever used and I keep days and all of my bathrooms. The reusable toilet brushes disgust, me so I wanted to find something disposable. These works so well and there is more than enough cleaner infused into the disposable pads. They’re slim so they’re able to get up under the top ring of the toilet too which is great! I like to get mine, wet and clean around the seat before I clean inside the toilet.

I've been using the toilet wand for years because I found the standard toilet brushes were just nasty. I don't have kids around anymore, but I see no need to go back to a regular brush. I have what may be the original wands (one for each bathroom), and find them easy to use. I may be a little OCD, but I usually pour a little Clorox in the toilet, let it sit, and then finish up with the wand. I have even used fresh pads in the bathtub to help with the rings that dirty little grandchildren leave! I dispose of the pad, give the wand a quick wipe with a Clorox wipe, and back in the stand it goes! I do agree with others that a design change is in order. Stainless sounds awesome.

Once you are done just press the button to dispose of the used scrubber into the trash and you're done. My kids could even use this to help with chores.
