The toilet wand pads used to be strong enough that you could sometimes do two toilets with one. Now, they just fall apart the minute you start using them. We've been using the toilet wands for years (since they came out). What have you done to them, and when are you fixing them? They have turned into a total waste.

The last several boxes of wand refills have fallen apart as soon as they hit. I have had to reach in to the toilet to grab the scrubby part because ot fell off of the plastic part that attaches to the wand. Kind of defeats the purpose of the wand. Disappointed with the change in poor quality. We have these in every bathroom and it has become more of a hindrance than help to clean the toilets quickly now.

As I read the info about these bowl cleaners, I too believed the “Cleaning System” mentioned would just automatically contain the brush holder, since, well there IS a BRUSH! I’d bought the kit thinking it couldn’t be as bad as the previous set I’d been using, which ALWAYS came apart in the bowl! My biggest complaint about BOTH systems - I couldn’t find a way to contact the companies to ask questions OR complain! THIS is the first time I’ve actually SEEN the reviews AND responses regarding CLOROX’ failure to add the storage for the included brush! Often these days, I’ve found that many businesses make ‘contact’ far more difficult than ever. I must say, I am pleasantly surprised by the number of consumers (who DO help pay the salaries of the company doing business) were as surprised & perplexed by this particular toilet bowl cleaning system. While I have liked Clorox Refills far more than the previous, it is just SO aggravating, not to mention, OFFENSIVE to have to ASK for what should have been included in this ‘set’ (can’t really call it a ‘KIT’ if it doesn’t have the necessary supplies to USE it, right?!) when having to clean a toilet is not something one would really WANT to argue & complain about with the business providing products to make this less of a chore. My HOPE - CLOROX, PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE! I’ve had to use the ‘Mr. What’s-is-name’ holder for the refill heads, but the storage for the brush is too small for the handle & brush, which (when waiting for the sponge to dry in the space provided by “MC’) leaves a wet, blue mess on the bathroom tile. Just ONE MORE place to keep clean! THAT, & the lack of a place to store the brush are my only complaints. Thankfully, these heads have not begun coming apart while using them! My GUESS - when Clorox makes their ‘new & improved’ - THEN they’ll begin breaking up on me! It’s just the way it is for me! I would recommend this product (THO I was NOT awarded a ‘sample product’ in exchange for anything as many others seem to be!), BUT I would surely tell friends to buy ONLY the KIT/SET/whatever it’s called, INCLUDING a brush caddy! Wish I could have simply left a positive review of how well this product actually works! I mean, the handle DOES detach the used brush on the FIRST press of the detach button! NEVER worked with the OTHER guys! 8{ TY for your time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve tried countless toilet cleaners over the years, but the Clorox Toilet Wand Starter Kit is by far the best I’ve ever tried. It’s so easy to use. It effortlessly cleans, while leaving the bathroom smelling fresh. It manages to get into all the little areas that typical brushes don’t. It also works great for sinks, showers and tubs. I love that the cleaning pads are disposable, so you’re not stuck using the same disgusting brush. I highly recommend this fantastic product.

Like others here, my experience is that these fall apart the second they touch the water. Even a super-light attempt to "clean" the toilet will cause the pad to loosen to the point that it is only hanging on by a thread, or worse. I wish I had read the reviews first. Why Clorox does not address this issue is beyond baffling.

Why they never thought of this years ago instead of nasty reusable brushes?... This is the best toilet bowl cleaning invention ever. Effective, not messy, easy to dispose of. I haven't had a nasty reusable toilet brush since these came out. Would definitely recommend.

I love the clorox toliet wand! I like the fact that the cleaning solution is already in the attachable pads, which means no mess and no other cleaning solution needed, just attach the pads, then discard the pad after use, definitely would buy againClorox ToiletWand System

I have found the color blue to be a staining agent on plastic parts of the toilet seat and if it should drip on the floor it had left a stain. Would you consider making this product WITHOUT coloring agent. I know many think the blue color indicates clean but since it should be flushed before use esp by a young child, I would prefer no color. Thanks

I bought this product thinking it would be easy to use. I never expected such poor performance from a Clorox product. The cleaning heads do click into place but that's about it. The pad comes apart quickly and prevents cleaning the hard spots. Always need to fish out the pad before completing the job. Clorox should pull this ToiletWand off the market. Would give this zero stars if possible.

I work for a cleaning company and we've used these in all our buildings for years. These are quite literally the only way to clean a toilet, until I got this I used a brush and cleaner. *The pads snap easily into the wand making it so you don't have to touch it. * it suds up easily to make cleaning quick but thorough. * you can get in hard to reach angles and under the rim. * you can smell the clean! When your finished you just slide the button down and it pops off into the trash, no touching ever! This should be a fixture in your bathroom
