I bought this product thinking it would be easy to use. I never expected such poor performance from a Clorox product. The cleaning heads do click into place but that's about it. The pad comes apart quickly and prevents cleaning the hard spots. Always need to fish out the pad before completing the job. Clorox should pull this ToiletWand off the market. Would give this zero stars if possible.

I've been using these for years and I love them. I've never had an issue with them, however, I think there might be something wrong with your current batch of refills with the 65% more. I bought it yesterday at a local store, it was sealed, but when I opened it, there were only 7, instead of the promised 10. Disappointed, but don't want to go back to the store to return since I've been trying to not go out for things that aren't essential. I have 7 at least, so that'll get me by, but you may want to check the batch to make sure it's not an issue. I could only find 2 identifying numbers on my box.. the barcode (044600017174) and above the barcode in the upper left corner (257336.002QQ). Aside from that, it's great! This is the only time this has ever happened to me.

These toilet cleaners are the best. I love that I can easily dispose of the cleaning pad after I’ve used it. It does a good job and leaves the bowl perfectly clean and white. It even removes hard water stains. The handle is easy to clean and it’s compact so it doesn’t look unsightly.

The system comes with a few scrubber pads and refills are available for purchase. You stick the wand on the pads to attach one then clean the toilet then press the wand button to release the pad into the trash.

I don’t have to keep the smelly dirty brush around anymore and the wand gets all around the bowl and does an awesome job. I’d never go back to the brush! Everything also comes in a convenient container for storage.

I never have to get a can of Ajax or soft scrub; nonetheless, a scrubber and gloves... I can get a clean and fresh toilet with in no time.... Therefore, I will always buy the CLOROX TOILET WAND... I bought this toilet wand system when we bought our house a little over a year ago. I absolutely love it! I love how it’s not a brush that’s gets used over and over again so it’s more sanitary. I also love how the scrub pads already have the cleaner in them so all I got to do is wet and scrub away then dispose. I high recommend trying this if you haven’t!

I have used the toilet wand for years. This year, the heads started falling off the wand. Wherever the manufacturing of the heads is done, something has gone terribly wrong. Please do something! This was one of my favorite cleaning products. At this point I would not recommend this product.

It got the toilet bowl super clean and looked like it was brand new! The best part…I didn’t have to mess with the cleaning end. It stores so conveniently.
