My son broke mine and I c ouldnt find them at my loca retailers so I ended up buying 3 different brands. (Unhappy with one, went back, still no clorox toilet wand in stock... so bought a different one) I was so THRILLED to find one last week!! Iwill never use any other!

I have been using Clorox Toilet Wands for over ten years and have loved this product, but lately this product is crap! Sometimes they detach from the plastic before I even stick it in the toilet and other times the pad is hanging on by a thread after I’ve scrubbed the toilet for 10 seconds. Whatever you did to save money and cheapen this product, please stop! Go back to how these were manufactured before. I was at least glad to see, based on the other reviews, that it’s not just me. Many others are having this same issue.

Both kids have been using it, and the toilet hasn’t been cleaner. It’s really easy to use, and does a great job. The storage container is small and compact and blends in very well. Highly recommend, and will buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought this product for years. Loved it. Now when I use them they tear apart the second I start scrubbing. I have bought 2 boxes with the same result. The quality is not the same. They are cheaply made and do not hold up.

So I'm not sure if I'll be purchasing this same kind anymore. Very sad cause I thought I had found the right product to help me with my bathroom chores.

The brush part of the toilet wand rips. I don’t want to be sticking my hand in that water. I have a cleaning lady come and I told her what happened and she said it’s happening to all of her customers now. I don’t have the box anymore but I put the number that was on the individual package.

I have used this product for 2 years and have always been happy with it as the thought of keeping something that's been in my toilet disgusts me. However, the last 2 times I purchased this product, they seem to be a different material that falls apart or completely falls off. I thought it was a one-off the first time. But this is the second package I've purchased with the same horrible result. I would no longer recommend this to anyone and feel guilty now about recommending it to other people.

This little kit is super handy! The size of the entire kit makes it easy to store underneath of my bathroom sink. The wand has a little spot to sit and then the wand scrub refills get to stay put in a little storage compartment. It’s easy to use and it cleans very well. I highly recommend this kit! It’s awesome! I’d buy again in a heartbeat!

I've been using toilet wand system for years. Clorox must have changes manufacturing because they fall apart now.. like not enough glue holding scrub pad. I gave it a chance thinking COVID issues with manufacturing or just a bad batch, but it's still an issue. Not wasting my money any more. Going back to a reusable scrubber product.
