I now have a stopped up toilet because within minutes the pod fell off into my toilet and now is clogging things up. Please fix this issue. Great concept but the quality is terrible.

Then the thought of it sitting next to my nice clean toilet in my nice clean bathroom was just GROSS! This system keeps the toilet clean and you don't have to worry about that nasty brush sitting right there and what type of bacteria it could be spreading. THANK YOU CLOROX!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used these for years and they were great... what happened? The last few boxes I have gotten are absolutely terrible. As soon as they hit the water they break apart. The sponge part comes off the round plastic piece. I just had one come off and couldn't get it out of the toilet. It got lodged and the more I tried to get it out, the further down it went. I ended up just flushing and now I'm worried I'm going to get a clog. Anyway, I'm going to switch to something else unless the quality improves. These are useless.

I’ve used these for years, they were convenient but now they fall apart!!! Only cleaning one toilet causes the pad to rip apart. I thought it was just a fluke, but every single one does the same thing!!! Such a shame, I will not be buying them again . There should be the option to upload a picture because I took a picture of this garbage to tell you guys how terrible this product has become.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a toilet wand that I purchased a couple years ago. I recently bought refills and they no longer fit on the wand. The piece that connects into the bottom of the wand is too big. I thought this may have been a fluke, so I bought another set of refills. Same issue. Did the refills change/wand change? Disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am experiencing the same issues.. i have been a huge fan for 8 years, easily 8, now the spnge disintegrates off the disc after the first swish .. completely falls off the plastic disc ... i was hoping it was a bad batch the class two refills... code TW 20 124 03:13 D3... please correct the issue..

This product is horrible. The pad is barely glued to the tab that goes in the handle. Scrubbing bubbles is so much sturdier. I can't get even one pass in the toilet bowl before it falls off. Every single time. Now I have a giant box over half full that just angers me everytime I clean.

However, my last few refill purchases have been extremely disappointing. The construction of the cleaning pad has been very weak and they fall off with basically no force or effort. I would normally recommend this product but cannot do so with the current quality of construction.
