Before covid this was a great product. After covid hit, the quality was really bad. The cleaning pads fall apart before you’re halfway done cleaning the bowl. I kept thinking maybe quality would come back but it hasn’t. Won’t be buying anymore. It’s a shame. Used to be a great product

I purchased a Clorox Wand with 36 refills hoping it would make toilet cleaning fast and easy. The first pad came out of the package barely attached to the plastic disc that clicks into the handle. I tried another one and it fell off right after it got wet! I hope Sam’s and/or Clorox will make good on this disappointment!

I have been using the toilet cleaning wand for years and I have definitely noticed a decrease in the quality of the cleaning scrubber. It falls apart as soon I get it wet and I haven't even starting scrubbing yet! Ms. CFO -Save money another way- you need to improve this product! ITs a total waste of my money.

The company had to have changed the manufacturing plant where these are made because they fall apart as soon as you wet it and start scrubbing the toilet. They foam up a lot which is great but you have to fish out the sponge that fell off its plastic knob out of the toilet bowl. What a drag. Mind you, keep the foam in the toilet and under the rim for at least 10 minutes for the chemicals to kill germs, don't just scrub and flush. You have to let it sit. I had read the previous reviews of the brush heads falling apart and hoped I didn't get a box of duds but I did! Poor quality! What a shame Clorox!!!!

I found an old pad for the toilet wand back in the cupboard and compared it to the ones I recently purchased and there is no comparison. The pads from years ago were so much bigger and stronger. The ones I recently purchased immediately fall apart when they hit the toilet bowl water. Why do companies cut corners and produce a cheap product that eventually no one will purchase? Never buying again!!!!!!! Waste of money!

Recently I have had problems last 2 boxes have fallen apart either right away or as soon as they hit the water. Definitely a manufacturing defect. Thought first box was a fluke. Now this box also?

I have used these toilet wands for about 2 years now. These have always been great, and effective. The most recent box I purchased .... The scrubber falls apart before I can even get the complete toilet bowl clean. I don't know what changed, but I no longer am happy with this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this kit from Influenster and Clorox for free. Very easy to setup. The wand is long enough and the sponge clean very well and easily reach the hiding spots. The blue color don't stain. The toilet looks and smell clean. After just 1 use the color is gone but the sponge still good. The floor mount kit have a place for the wand but you can't put it with the sponge on. I wish you can. I don't think I will buy this kit or replacement. We have 3 toilets and I clean them everyday. Have to stay with my old way cleaning.

I have been using this product for a few years now. I loved this product until recently. The last pack I bought is awful quality the pad falls off as soon as begin to clean and then it falls off and I’m left trying to retrieve it. This is beyond frustrating. I think I am going to have to switch to a different brand.

I have used this product for several years, but as several other reviewers have stated, even before you start to use the pad it starts to separate from the plastic holder. This started happening two packages ago, and I figured it was just a fluke, but the newest package is the same way. Not a fan of fishing these out of the toilet, so I'll be going back to the old brush and toilet bowl cleaner.
