Have used this item for years with no problem. This most recent box is worthless. With very little scrubbing the cleaning pad breaks away from the plastic connector which connects to the wand. Ugh! So disappointing to see the quality go down like this.

I started buying these when they first came out through Sam’s, but the quality has been declining dramatically since that first box. The last box I bought the pucks separate from their base and fall apart with almost no pressure applied. How can you clean the toilet without at least rubbing a little bit with the puck. I’m not talking bionic man pressure, I’m just talking normal pressure to clean a toilet. They are a complete waste of money at this point. I won’t buy them again!

I bought these as refills. Under reviews Folks are upset 'cause there is no "caddy" and although it IS Not listed in the contents, the Folks in Sam's Club's tech department need to scrub the banner lower in the discription that says "Starter Set includes Caddy". Whew. Now about my review. These do clean well,but they also disintegrate pretty quickly,I think they sould last a little while longer b4 falling apart. I have not had the refill Head part the wand while in use, however. These need a little more work.

I have been buying & using these Clorox Wand refills for several years. I used to love the quality & ease of use. HOWEVER...the refills now fall apart & separate from the wand as soon as they get wet in the toilet scrubbing process. I have had to fish several from the bottom of the toilet bowl. Not sure I can continue using with this inconvenience.

loved these when they first came out--well made scrubby pads, didn't fall apart.now they are thin and poorly made. The idea of using these is so you don't put your hands in the bowel--but as soon as these get wet, they fall apart and you still have to pick it out. Cleans well but poorly manufactured.

The decision to use a poor quality adhesive for the scrubbing attachment has made this product garbage. I’d honestly give it zero stars if I could. Use this product for several years and will not buy it again. Tired of fishing lightly used scrubbers out of the toilet bowl. Good luck Clorox, I’m done.

I used to love using these at work and was excited when I realized Sam's sells them.. but these cleaning sponges are BAD. These are thin and cheaply made; they fall apart ridiculously fast - you'd get a faster/better job done with a dollar store bristle wand. These are basically garbage, unless you think fishing these loose pads out of your bowl sounds like a good time. Side note: this doesn't come with the wand/storage holder, so be prepared to figure out buying one separately or find some old bin to toss it all in so you don't drip toilet water everywhere.

This product is now horrible. I just go use it all the time, but this time I notice the box changed and so did the quality. The scrubbing pat immediately falls off the plastic part once it hits the water. So you end up having to fish for your pat before it slides in further and end up clogging your drain. Them trying to save money may cost your more. Now I’m going to find a new brand with better quality even if it cost a little more.

My husband bought this because we use these. But the box in Sams in our area in 2022 has no holder caddy. The box doesn’t say it has one but obviously online people are getting duped. Are we supposed to lay this and the refill tabs on the floor? Do we put the dirty wand in the cabinet with our towels? This is ridiculous. I used to love the scrubbers but now they start falling off their attached base in a few seconds like the glue is bad. This used to not happen. Clorox just fix it instead of telling us to call you over and over.

I don’t know what happened these, but they used to be awesome! I bought a big box about a year ago and, as others have mentioned, they tend to fall away from the plastic part and it makes it really hard for them to be very useful. Has anyone bought them more recently and had a good batch?
