I like the product very well and think it does a great job overall. I gave it a 4 star because the shipping of this product is terrible. The bottles are not sealed tightly prior to shipping and are delivered in a box laying down causing the product to leak all over the box. I received my first order and the replacement order in wet boxes with the liquid product all over the inside of the box and product containers. So while the product may be good, the Walmart shipping method of liquid products is not recommended.

Due to shipping regulations, these had to be shipped directly to a store. However, when they were handed to me at the store, both were wrapped in plastic bags, having leaked. There was no way to know how much product had leaked out and so I returned both before leaving the store.

This stuff is amazing! Not only does it get serious mud stains out of my kids' grimy clothing when used as a pre-treatment, but it also brightens my colors and my whites (in the same load!) when I throw a capful into the laundry cycle without directly treating stains. My grimy old thrift store clothes are looking brighter than ever. I'm getting more life out of my kids' dirty clothes (and mine!)

its made in part with hydrogen peroxide which means if you accidentally spill it on your skin its less toxic which is important to me as i don't see too well. [erpxode still kills germs and removes sTAINS better than many things so it the best of all worlds

My first order of this item was delayed at the shipping center(fedex-showing damaged). Walmart kindly resent me this item. When this item came, it was leaking...it took six days instead of 2 to get to me... and this is NOT an item to order for shipping.. I asked someone and they feel it got too hot and expanded and started leaking...this leak damaged the other item that was reshipped with it. WALMART...PLEASE...PLEASE.. when sending these type items out...PLEASE put them in special packaging by themselves and most definitely MARK THE BOX FOR LIQUIDS INSIDE... I was not happy with how this order came to me...the only reason I am giving the 3 stars is I love the product (what I had left of it) and they did resend this item that never got to me the first time.

This was not packed properly; it leaked all over the box. (Fortunately, it was the only item in the box.) Have purchased this in the past and it was ALWAYS in a closed plastic bag-as were other detergent containers I have gotten. Very disappointed!!

The product is great. The online ordering is easy. Receiving the product the next day is great. But, I have yet to purchase a liquid item from Walmart and get the shipment without one or more of the bottles leaking. I've ordered this same item from two other sites and none of the shipments contained a leaking bottle. Could be packed better, but if you need the product, you take it however you get it.

This is a great product. I use it with every load of laundry. I have two young boys (ages 1 and 4), who get all sorts of stains on their clothes. I like that’s it’s free and clear of dyes and fragrances, as I use a similar type of detergent and fabric softener. I only wish that the product was carried in stores, as well. I have ordered this item at least twice online, and both times, the item had leaked into the shipment box. Sam’s Club needs to do a better job in packaging and shipping this product.

This was on sale through Sam’s club and Sam’s.com. Even though I had to pay postage it was an excellent price compared to a container a third the size from the grocery store. This does not produce soapsuds or foam in the washer, whether a front loader or Toploader which is great. The unscented is only available online.

I like this better than the regular Clorox 2. Cleans well without the perfume smell and is clear. I give the product a 5* however I received mine poorly packaged and spent the afternoon cleaning multiple bottles off the driveway, so delivered was a -1*. :(
