I love how this product works but I am very sensitive to smells. This keeps toilet clean but my nose can't tolerate it. I try to wash hands use toilet paper to flush then run. Won't be repurchasing BC of this. But it's a great product if you are not sensitive to bleach.

I have to use Clorox® Toilet Bowl Cleaner - with Bleach even with two of these in the toilet tank. The water only shows signs of the tablets functioning two out of the ten times that the toilet is flushed. Even when it is functioning, depending on the bacteria left behind by others, which we cannot always control, the tablets are ineffective at rinsing away congesting bacteria. I like to leave the toilet bowl cleaner on overnight to wake up with clear sinuses. I didn't know that the residue of other's toilet trips were keeping me up at night. I don't recommend this for the office, just because of the combination of a wide variety of people and different diets and behaviors associated what is considered edible, e.g. while one person would not eat meat that was defrosted five days ago, someone else might, and continue to eat it even if they did not like the way it tasted solely based on their experience of not having problems eating prolonged unfrozen meat in the past. The residue of one person's bacteria can literally clog up the sinuses of another while doing nothing to the person that released the bacteria, while the bacteria of the other person consuming/ eating fresher foods may make the other person just as ill. I would recommend more than one product for use in commercial settings rather than household. These tablets are a household product. I find the In-Tank Automatic Bowl Cleaner to be just as bad and dangerous because they are the color of mouthwashes and Windex.

I used these in the toilet tanks for about 5 months in our home we use as a mountain Airbnb. Since we aren’t there we didn’t know there were problems, when we went home to check on things we realized the rubber seal in 2 out of 3 toilets were eaten away and had been running water nonstop, it has flooded out septic field and infiltrators, we now need to have our entire leachfield redug. The water table is also extremely low where this house is and with the toilets running nonstop for a few weeks it ended up drying out our well. Please learn from us and don’t use these in your toilets!! We have the new dual flush toilets so not the standard big rubber flappers, a very thin rubber gasket that was completely eaten away and missing, such a terribly unfortunate thing to happen! Don’t let this happen to you! Wasting water is terrible wether your on city water or well water!!

Yes this product does what it says it will, but please keep in mind that it has a EXTREMELY over powering bleach smell, that you smell everytime it flushes. Also within 10 year you will have to replace your toilet. For the past 8 years I have been using this product, LOVED IT, until I didn't. About a month ago started having issues with the toilet not flushing, had a plumber out twice, finally replaced the toilet and I was told all the plastic and rubber bits have just been eaten away.

I used to use the automatic bowl cleaners that turned the toilet bowl blue and realized it wasnt a good product because you cant properly inspect your bowl or bodily discharge which is important. I love that the product doesnt have an overwhelming bleach scent but its there and its cleaning your bowl with each flush.
