bought this Oreo cookies to make Cheesecake, small size one. It turned out pretty good as you can see in a picture. Because taste of cookie gets so good in a cheesecake. Taste like more chocolaty. So, it turned out very delicious. Portion size is very good too as I use a lot to make this cheesecake. Great!

What can you say about Oreo Cookies, they are the best comfort food ever. I have always thought chocolate should be a food group of it's own and if it was Oreo cookies would be at the top of the list. One or two Oreo's always takes care of my chocolate craving. I wanted to mention that it is always best to store the Oreo cookies in the original container it came in or if you want to put it in a glass cookie jar that would work too. I find that if I store the cookies in plastic i.e. Ziploc's, or Tupperware, or plastic storage containers, the filling picks up a plastic taste. Maybe my pallet is just sensitive but I thought I would pass that information on. Oh did I mention I'm eating an Oreo cookie as I write this review?

My kids love these as a special treat in their lunch. I like to use them in my cookies and cream cupcakes, just separate the two halves and place the side with the filling facing up on the bottom of a cupcake wrapper then add your batter and bake. Crush up the remaining halves and mix with your frosting.

As a child, when my sister and I would visit our father, he would take us to the grocery store the first day of our visit and told us to pick out a cereal, a snack, a beverage and a cookie of choice. I always choose Oreos. I'm almost 50 now and would still pick Oreos when given the chance.
