These cookies are great for breakfast! They have become my breakfast each day when I don’t want to cook or mess up dishes. Even though these are cookies, sugar is not listed first as ingredients- it is 3rd. I even carry them with me when I travel in case I get stuck somewhere with no opportunity to eat. 4g protein, total sugars 12g.

Great taste high fiber

Really like these. High in fiber I wish I could get the small ones in blueberry only they are my favorite. I eat all of them. I do have type 2 diabetes and only eat 2 at a time die to the carbs, (that’s why I would like the little ones in blueberries only). I also find them a great way to get fiber. I have my mom hooked on them too.

Careful how you order...

Very poorly packaged. Was packed with canned goods on top, crushing the Belvita product into what I would call cereal consistency. Very poor packing for shipment. Don't ever buy anything that could be crutches with anything heavy if you want to receive it intact.
